Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 85 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently expressed deep frustration regarding unexpected financial charges, recurring billing issues, and a complicated membership cancellation process that made stopping payments extremely difficult for members. People additionally mentioned that the facility was frequently overcrowded and struggled with proper rule enforcement. Reviewers also noted that dealing with customer service representatives and facility managers often led to disrespectful interactions, unhelpful responses, and a total lack of proper support. Some reviewers were happy with certain staff members and individual fitness professionals who provided welcoming support, positive attitudes, and helpful guidance during their workouts.

I canceled my personal training…

I canceled my personal training agreement approximately three months ago. I have repeatedly complained and instructed EOS to stop billing me. Nevertheless, they continue charging my Chase card $156 every two weeks and today (9/2/2026) you submitted 3x $156 charge totaling $468 . Today (9/4/2026) I received another charge of $156. I do not authorize these charges. I also demand formally immediate cancellation of my EOS fitness personal training agreement and a full refund of all personal training charges taken through my Chase credit card after I cancelled the service 3 month ago. Since that time I have repeatedly contacted the North Richland Hills EOS location and complained about the continued billing despite my repeated request that the charges stop but EOS/ABC fitness continues to charge my credit card $156 every two weeks. Today the situation escalated further. Three separate $156 charges were submitted to my Chase card on the same day totaling $468. Another $156 charge again on 9/4/26. I did not authorize these post- cancellation charges and I'm no longer receiving the personal training services for which EOS continues to bill me. Their own current personal training information states that a personal training program can be canceled with the 30 days notice. After the contractual term I provided notice approximately three months ago but billing has continued. I called the 888 8279262 multiple times with no answer to my questions. My chase bank sent a letter to EOS fitness to stop charging my account yet theypersist.

EOS Fitness it’s all about meeting quotas and ripping you off

EOS Fitness has poor online reputation. Google, Trustpilot, and the BBB are flooded with scathing reviews about their predatory, unethical, downright hostile customer service & billing practices. My experience is yet another example of their blatant disregard for decency: me and my wife were slapped with a bogus enrollment fee when we downgraded our memberships this is a transparent scam to pad their quotas. My contract makes no mention of these fabricated fees, and the email I received was worded like I was a new member. This is deception, plain and simple. Legally, all fees must be explicitly spelled out in the contract, but EOS chooses to operate in the shadows, relying on misinformation & intimidation. We go to the EOS Gym at 22314 FM 529 in Cypress, TX began 2/26/25, it’s clear they thrive on squeezing every dollar from members through whatever underhanded tactic they can get away with. Their General Manager of Sales, Jerimiah, couldn’t even be bothered to address my wife’s first attempt to downgrade he dismissed her outright, hiding behind an excuse about testing an employee asking her to come back another day. When she returned on 8/31/26, to downgrade, she was told a $49 downgrade fee would be applied ($53.04 with tax), which isn't in our contract. When asked for clarification, he replied, “That’s the way we do it here.” This is predatory, unapologetic, is infuriating. Jerimiah didn’t even know what card was on file. This gym treats its members like prey, not customers. Later that day I noticed a charge on my credit card ending in 0381 for my wife’s downgrade. This is outright incompetence or worse, deliberate fraud, since she pays for both memberships with her card. How can he charge my card without authorization. This circus of errors & deceit is what EOS represents. Their reputation for shady, dishonest practices is well-earned. Anyone considering this gym should be warned: EOS will do whatever it takes to extract more money from you, no matter how unethical.

Nathan Wilson - HORRIBLE manager

This was our first time at EōS Fitness, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.

We came specifically to support my husband while he competed in a bench-pressing competition. We had been in the facility for nearly an hour when the manager, Nathan Wilson, approached us while we were standing and told us to move. We complied. He told us to move again—we complied. He asked us to move a third time—we complied again.

Apparently, that still wasn’t good enough. That is when we were suddenly told that children under 14 were not allowed in the gym. This rule somehow became an issue only after we had already been there for nearly an hour and had complied with three separate requests to move.

After telling us about the age restriction, Nathan repeatedly emphasized that he was the manager, that he had the authority, and that we needed to comply or we would be removed from the gym. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational when we had done nothing but comply with his requests.

The most disappointing part is that my children missed the opportunity to watch their father compete. That was the entire reason we were there, and that experience cannot be recreated or given back to them.

We will not be returning, recommending this location, or patronizing EōS Fitness in the future. An apology after the fact doesn’t give my boys back the experience they missed with their father.

If I could give them a zero

If I could give them a zero, I would.I went into the coral springs location to sign up for my free silver sneakers account. The sales rep told me that if I were willing to pay an additional 10 dollars per month, I could bring a guest with me when I came. I verbally verified with the rep that the ten dollar charge was the total charges to bring a guest. I was assured that was accurate and handed a small ipad to sign. for the additional 10 dollars a month. At no time was I given an opportunity to enlarge the screen( I am visually impaired) to read any” fine print”, being only given the “box” to sign and told they would send me a receipt for the additional 10 dollars a month. The charge was coming through on my bank every month so I was not terribly concerned when no receipt arrived. Now they have added 74.89 annual fee( something that was not disclosed and probably omitted on purpose as no one in their right mind. who came in to get a free silver sneakers account is going to consent to pay about 200 a year to bring a guest when the guest could get their own membership much cheaper. I called the manager and was told it is corporate policy to charge the annual fee and there will be no refunds as I did not cancel my contract within the required 5 days( contract I did not receive) despite the fact that I only went to the gym only once. I feel very strongly that they are training sales people to deliberately mislead elderly people when they come in for free silver sneakers accounts just to get more money for corporate. Senior citizens and anyone who does not want to lose money and be lied to, run away from this company. There are many other gyms who are honest!

the 7-day pass was denied with prejudice!

I asked for the 7-day pass online and had in my phone. when I went to try it today, the staff, Sophia, tried to sell me a package. I said that I want to try the free pass and see if I like it. she then tried to pressure me that I won't get the same pricing in 7days and sign up fee will go up. I said, it is fine. I decide after testing to see if it worth the price. I could see the gym was packed and could hardly see empty machine or even a finding parking outside. she then started to deny me the free pass by saying that our manager is not here and only he can confirm the pass. so I left and gone for good. I don't trust them. if the first treatment to get me as customer is so unprofessional, God knows how they would act once they have my debit card. I guess they ask for debit so we don't have any legal power to stop payment and break out with them. hope there is a class action against them like they did with LA Fitness.

EOS Fitness = Deceptive Practices

EOS sold me a membership under Deceptive Trade Practices which is against the law per the Federal Trade Commission. This is for the location at K Ave and Spring Creek in Plano Texas. Prior to purchasing my membership I asked 3x if they would open early (5am) and was told that there would be. They are not! I can only work out early mornings due to my week schedule. I can’t pay for something I can’t use and no, I don’t want to “upgrade” to go to another gym. Why would I want to go elsewhere when this locale is literally 1 mile from me. So pissed.

I signed for 8 weeks of personal training- that part went great. At the end of that time , I declined to have any more sessions , my trainer helped me to decline the on going sessions-they should have stopped 05/31/2026. Every employee I have had communication via email with has left the company - their emails disappear. They are still pulling 88 every other week frm my account with out my permission, The new GM is quick to blame me - hesitant to help- he is trying so hard to defend the payments. It is a ripoff to say the least

I am genuinely shocked by the level of…

I am genuinely shocked by the level of customer service I experienced at EōS Fitness Beverly Center.

I am a paying member and brought two friends with me who were interested in trying the gym. I specifically asked about complimentary passes and was told that they were no longer available.

Because I relied on what I was told by EōS staff, I paid $50 for each friend — $100 total — for them to work out with me.

Afterward, both of my friends went home, went online, signed up through the website and were able to obtain seven-day complimentary passes.

So I would like EōS to explain why I was told these passes were no longer available and charged $100.

I returned to the gym specifically to speak with management and resolve what should have been a very simple customer-service issue.

Instead, I was left waiting for approximately ONE HOUR.

When I finally spoke with the person who had originally given me the information, his response was essentially to shrug his shoulders and tell me there was nothing he could do.

That was it.

No meaningful apology. No attempt to investigate. No refund. No credit. No effort whatsoever to make the situation right.

What I find particularly insulting is that I am an existing paying member who brought two prospective members into this gym. I was trying to introduce friends to EōS, and this is how I was treated.

This isn’t really about $100 anymore. It’s about the complete lack of respect shown to a member when something goes wrong.

If your staff gives a member information, the member acts on that information and pays $100, and minutes later the same guests are able to obtain complimentary passes online, the appropriate response is not to leave that member waiting for an hour and then shrug your shoulders.

That’s not customer service. That’s contempt for your customer.

EōS Beverly Center needs to take responsibility for what happened and refund my $100.

Until someone from management actually addresses this, I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to pay very close attention to what they’re being told at the front desk and to check the EōS website for yourself before paying for any guest access.

For a gym that wants people’s long-term membership business, this was an extraordinarily short-sighted way to treat a loyal paying member.

One of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had at a gym.

Horrible experience with EOS Fitness.

Horrible experience with EOS Fitness.

On my first visit, I explained that I was waiting for a job offer. I told the registration representative that if I received the offer, I would be moving to another state, but I didn’t know when I would receive it. He pressured me by saying I might lose the current $10/month offer, eventually convinced me to enroll, and assured me that I could cancel later once I received the job offer.
Two days later, I received the job offer. I went to the gym in person, explained that I had never used the gym, and asked them to cancel my membership and refund the $10. I was told that $10 is not refundable and it would take ONE MONTH to receive confirmation of the cancellation.
Now I’m receiving emails and messages saying they want to charge me a $60 annual fee plus $15 in service charges because they couldn’t withdraw the money from my account.
I never even used the gym for one day, yet I’m being charged because of their cancellation process.
Be very careful with EOS Fitness and make sure you understand their cancellation and annual-fee policies before signing up.

Please Read very very imp *****

Today me and my 13 yr old daughter had a very upsetting experience at the gym. We only use the pool facility and do not use any other equipments. My daughter was wearing a standard swimsuit while i was wearing a clean tahirt and trousers. Out of nowhere a guy stopped us and demanding to know why im not wearing the swimsuit. I was completely shocked and caught off guard. I politely told him if he needed to talk he can go to the manager talk he cant stop our way and talk like this. He then pointed some pool noodles scatterd by others rudely told me to go and pick them up. The interaction left us speechless, scared and traumatized. I immediately filed a complain and the front desk and the staff reassured me that the guy had no right to confront us. They promised me to talk with that guy and follow up me tomorrow. Im sharing this to warn others to be aware of this kind of behavior.

Wow the nerve of some people

Wow the nerve of some people! Need to set record straight. I went to new EOS at Northern and 19th Ave Phoenix, Arizona. Wanted to take advantage of special rates and finally got a shirt for free! This is my 3rd membership beacaue if you want to downgrade or upgrade you get a new membership. While negotiating the membership agreement had a note section that managers or sales reps can leave diaglog. Basically talking shit about a customer. Chris Espinoza never addressed me like a man about his comment " Member comes down to complain about sauna broken says that I cussed him out and called him a "bi@ch" and that member said he be in jail if he acted out. Signed Chris Espinoza! First of all no company should allow employees to put stuff down on anyones membership for other employees eyes to see. Invasion of privacy. 2nd no rebuttal! It was back in February 2026 that I called front desk to see if sauna was back up. The girl said yes right away. I said can you check for sure. She said sure give me a minute. Well 4 mins passed and she came back and said the sauna is working. I than preceeded down 12 miles stop and go traffic to gym to work out. When I came in I recognized her voice and she was working front desk. I thanked her for checking for me and she said no problem. As I entered the locker room the repair sauna sign was posted on glass. I immediately became enraged but not unprofessional. I proceeded back to front desk and told her if you really did nit want to help me you could have said so. What you did was disrespectful and if anyone unbalanced had this happen to them, they would probably be in jail. I walked out. She did not even try to apologize. I summon it up to, this new generation is selfish and mean! Well time goes on and today I see this inaccurate remarks on my member page, as I was waiting for manager to get back. EOS has a right to keep any info on anyone, however its one sided and does not reflect fair reporting. I find it gossip and in writing is what people of authority who have a pyschology major, counselor, teacher, or any college professional!
Chris Espinoza has no degree and not manager in February. He was still sales under Jesus. He did this remark as a CYA cover your ass, because he knows that if I talked about his devious hustling, behavior to get me to sign the physical training contract. He be fired! Promising training sessions with him personally and than ghosting me. We set up times and he cancel and not be respectful and let me know he cancelled. I walked in on his last "ghost" at squat rack, shook his hand and walked away never to speak again to him. I respect myself and do not need this shit. I come from a generation of a handshake and promises made promises kept. He also manipulated me from the major sorrow I had with Charlie Kirk being murdered. He shared about his long term relationship that went bad. It was his birthday night and I invited him to Bull Shooters, drinking, karaoke and talking, I paid for it all 12 beers each over 6 hours. All along it was one big lie, use, manipulate, sell at any cost a physical training contract. I ran this through AI and have forgiven myself for being baited and manipulated. Thats why EOS has negative reviews on personal training about the deceptive sales practices. He is now a manager. He made the sales! I know how!

Bad customer service, waited 15 mins

I am brand new to the Winchester/Temecula community, I recently moved down here and I was looking for a gym to sign up for and I saw that Eos Fitness in Winchester off of Thompson Rd looked interesting. So I signed up for a 7 day gym pass. When I came in I was greeted at the front desk but after showing my Id and letting them know where I live they told me I had to wait to workout even though I signed up for a 7 day free gym pass. So I sat down and waited for someone to allow me to workout and I wait for 15 mins. Which was ridiculous, on my day off of work I didn’t come to sit down I came to workout. So I was really disappointed and unsatisfied with there urgency to welcome a new customer and there customer service.

Sub par

Eos is a great gym with plenty of amenities. But if I walk into heaven and receive mediocre customer service, the sights won’t do much. I signed up for the basic package. Five months later, come to find out I’ve been being charged $40 a month. I couldn’t even get towels. I asked to be reverted to the basic, without asking for refund or anything. I was informed that although the representative signed me up for something different than the membership agreement I was provided and led to believe I signed up for, I would have to pay $80 before reverting to the basic. With this business, regardless of the situation, apparently the customer is always wrong.
