Ho effettuato quattro ordini, tre dei quali erano perfetti, ma il quarto è arrivato danneggiato. Non appena il Servizio Clienti Masi è venuto a conoscenza dell'accaduto, ha immediatamente rispedito un pacco nuovo, scusandosi dell’accaduto.
Non solo il vino è buonissimo, (sono di Verona e sono una grande appassionata dei vini Masi. Li compro sia per me che come regalo perché so che sono sempre molto apprezzati), ma anche il servizio clienti è eccezionalmente professionale e cortese.
I placed four orders, three of which were perfect, but the fourth arrived damaged. As soon as Masi Customer Service learned of the incident, they immediately sent a new package, apologizing for the inconvenience.
Not only is the wine delicious (I'm from Verona and a huge fan of Masi wines. I buy them both for myself and as gifts because I know they're always well-received), but the customer service is also exceptionally professional and courteous.

I love Masi wines! The online shop and checkout is easy to use. Items were nicely packaged were delivered to my address in 2 days from my purchase. We ordered the TOAR 2021 Valpolicella, the Fresh from MASI, Frescaripa Bardolino Classico, and the Bonacosta Valpolicella 2024.

This was the first time I ordered wine online and it was excellent. Bottles were packaged thoroughly and arrived within the estimated timeframe. Minor thing is that part of the communication is in Italian and the link in a newsletter directed me to the Italian webshop. Overall still an excellent experience!
