I wanted aged garlic without walking around with garlic breath afterwards. These have been easy to take and I have had no noticeable aftertaste.

Delivery took a few days but I received tracking updates throughout. The packaging was neat and nothing was damaged when it arrived.

I placed an order which took a few weeks to arrived and like a review on here I was informed another order was on its way. I sent 2 emails to cancel the order, which still arrived today. I contacted my bank who blocked any further payments. I will now contact Trading Standards to report the bad trading methods Elvarim use. Be warned you can’t cancel orders

I ordered what I thought was a one off purchase of Elvarim Aged Garlic Extract odorless soft gels (buy 2 get 1 free). However, the confirmation looks like i have unknowingly signed up to a subscription that I was not aware of and certainly wasn’t made clear at purchase!! I have had quite a few emails back and fore but no joy with any of them, When I click on cancellations it takes me back to the section to put my email address in, it won’t go any further. I am happy to try this product but want to know that I’m having the benefits I need before signing up to a subscription, in my opinion, this company is an absolute scam, and where they promote you can cancel your subscription at any time, they make it nearly impossible to do this, The only way I have managed to do something is to contact my bank and cancel any further payments to this company, I am still waiting for Elvarim to contact me!!!!

Easy to take although I haven't completely got into the routine yet, happy with the science behind the product and no issues so far. Have recently invested in a smart wristband and have historically had a slightly high pulse ( 80-85 ) so looking to see ( 40 years of lab work ) if my measurements change ! Mike D

I have tried for two weeks to contact support@elvarim with no success. They promise full refund if requested within 30 days. There is no address to return the product to and In post will not guarantee return unless the label is Q coded or sent from Elvarim. They say phone calls are available with no number found and they have not phoned me. I have cancelled the subscription and told the credit card company not honour any further requests for payment. The whole website is a scam and the address in Wyoming is a letterbox for hundreds of companies. The trademark for the product was registered the day after I put my order in so how they can claim 10,000 satisfied customers is beyond belief.

Good packaging and fast dispatch. The pouches were sealed properly and arrived without dents or damage.

The explanation of SAC on the website was what got my attention. I had not realised there was much difference between aged garlic extract and normal garlic powder. I liked being able to read about the formula before deciding whether to buy.

My delivery was delayed by a day with the courier but the tracking kept updating. The package still arrived in good shape and the pouches were undamaged.

This company has stolen £100 from my credit card for two 'repeat orders', even though I had cancelled the subscription and I have not received a refund despite repeated promises. Over 30 emails so far and no action on their part. Avoid at all costs.

The website explained the difference between regular garlic and aged garlic clearly enough for me to understand what I was buying. Checkout was quick and my confirmation email came through straight away. Everything felt organised from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate on my phone and payment went through without any problems. Delivery communication was also better than I expected.

Buyer beware - this is a borderline scam. One initial order triggered an unwanted subscription and exiting this ‘non-agreement’ required multiple hurdles and obstacles to be overcome.
These people will be fully aware of their sharp practices as it is they that have built them into their system.
Give them a very wide berth !
I have read their response which of course doesn’t address the issue.
Furthermore, despite receiving an e-mail from them at 18:43 in which they confirmed my cancellation of the subscription I never knowingly entered into, I have received another e-mail from them this AM saying “Thank you for your order. We are thrilled to have you join the Elvarim community “!
To add insult to injury they have also charged £51.41 to my credit card.
Needless to say I’ve blocked them with my Bank and have raised a dispute but I would urge everybody to beware of these shysters.

I have tried garlic capsules before and stopped because of the burping and smell. This has been much more pleasant in that respect. The softgels fit easily into my routine and the pouch feels like a good quality product.

I travel quite a bit for work and wanted something simple enough to carry with my regular vitamins. The pouch does not take up much room and the softgels are easy to take without food preparation or mixing anything. No unpleasant smell in my travel bag either.

I wanted an everyday supplement rather than something with a huge list of ingredients. The focus on aged garlic was what caught my attention. I have found the softgels easy to incorporate into my routine and the lack of garlic smell is probably my favourite part.

Checkout took less than a couple of minutes and I got the tracking email once the order left the warehouse. Nothing complicated about the buying process.

I mainly chose this because I wanted an aged garlic supplement without the strong smell. The softgels have been easy to take and I have not noticed the garlic aftertaste I usually get from similar products.

I read through the ingredient information before buying because I am usually cautious with supplements. The website gave enough detail about aged garlic SAC and third party testing for me to make a decision. The order itself arrived without any problems.
