They take your money and don't deliver!!
I have been ordering food via Elmut for a few years now, but recently experience a lot of problems with the delivery. Ok, it never ever came her frozen, just cold, but it did arrive. Last week I was supposed to get a delivery on Wednesday, which did not arrive whilst I waited all day at home. I got a message it was going to be delivered at Thursday, and again, waited all day for it to arrive, but nothing came. Also not a message of delay, nothing. Now, it is Monday. I have been writing emails to Elmut (of course you cannot call them) and they say it is not their responsability to get to food to me, that is the transport company. And that is it. No more responses to my emails, and I still have not had the food delivered. Worst of all, since I have an abonnement, I count on this food to arrive because this is what my dogs support. Now, because I don't have the delivery, I had to give my dogs other food and now they are sich with runny diarrhea. It is very sad, since one of them is old and cannot be that sick anymore, it pisses me off that Elmut has done this. There is no way to contact them other then by email, on which they don't respond anymore. I'm still waiting on my delivery of 120 euro's worth of dogfood, but I think they will just leave me in the dark. Apart from losing my money, worst is that my dogs are sick. If you want dogfood from a reliable company, do not go to Elmut!!!
