TROJAN VIRUS/TRASH SUPPORT

Honestly, I’m pissed off. I paid for a cheat from EldroMods, downloaded it, and immediately got a Trojan warning. Why am I paying for something that gets flagged as malware? I didn’t even feel safe running the file after seeing that.
This is seriously unacceptable.

On top of that, the support is very bad and I got basically no help at all. I tried asking about the issue, but they kept deleting my messages instead of actually addressing the problem. Really disappointed with the whole experience and I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

We understand why seeing a Trojan detection would be concerning, and we’re sorry you had a poor experience with our support.

Antivirus software can flag this type of software because of how it interacts with the game and the system. However, we completely understand that customers may not feel comfortable running a file after receiving such a warning, and we would never expect you to ignore a security warning without understanding it first.

Regarding Discord, messages may be removed when they are posted outside the appropriate support channels, but your concerns should still have been properly addressed through your ticket. We apologize if you felt ignored rather than helped.
