Terrible support. They went back on their word and scammed me
Shipping was fast, but the customer service is an absolute joke. I received defective fireworks with loose internal tubes, and one unit even malfunctioned and exploded directly on the ground, starting a fire.
When I provided video evidence, they initially accepted responsibility and agreed to a return. However, they immediately went back on their word. They refused to arrange a courier and offered a ridiculous €20 shipping cap, well knowing that returning hazardous materials internationally would cost me far more than the actual value of the goods.
It was a pathetic trick to force me to absorb the financial loss for their defective products. To make it worse, they insulted me by lowering their initial compensation offer at the very end. They do not care about safety or customer loyalty, they only care about quick money. Completely untrustworthy.
UPDATE / RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY:
Your response is completely dishonest.
First, I provided clear video and photo evidence showing the internal manufacturing defects (loose components and tubes shaking inside), not just "cosmetic tears."
Second, you conveniently ignore the most critical fact, following your irresponsible reassurance that the items were "100% safe," I tested another unit in a remote area for safety. It malfunctioned catastrophically, failed to lift, and exploded on the ground, starting a fire.
You changed your mind and backed out of the return process the exact moment I told you that international shipping of hazardous ADR materials from Portugal costs more than the goods themselves. You used a bureaucratic trick to make a private customer pay for your dangerous, defective batch.
I stand by every word. You prefer quick profit over human safety and honest customer service.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint. However, your review does not accurately reflect the facts.
You ordered seven fireworks. One product was allegedly defective after use, but despite our request, you did not provide any photos or videos showing the malfunction. Therefore, we had no evidence that would allow us to assess this claim.
For the remaining six products, you sent photos showing that five had only minor tears in the outer wrapping, which are purely cosmetic and do not affect the functionality or safety of the products. One product showed minor damage to the side of the packaging.
As a gesture of goodwill, we initially offered you a €50 voucher, even though this exceeded the value of the only product that could potentially have been considered for further assessment based on the photos provided. You declined this offer.
You then requested to return all seven products. However, based on the evidence submitted, there were no grounds to consider all of them defective. We informed you that if you wished to return the products for inspection, you could do so. If the inspection confirmed a manufacturing defect, we would handle the complaint in accordance with consumer law. If only one product was found to be defective, the reimbursement of return shipping costs would correspond to that product only, while the remaining products would be returned to you if no defect was found.
At every stage, we handled your complaint in accordance with our complaints procedure and applicable consumer legislation. We regret that we were unable to reach a solution that met your expectations.
