BEST Customer Service Team
I have had nothing but great experiences with Effecty. First, let’s acknowledge my 53lb weight loss in my first 5 months with Effecty. Next, let’s acknowledge customer service as being one of the BEST in responding to all my needs. I recently encountered an issue with FEDEX delivering my medication to the wrong address. Of course I went into full panic mode. I contacted Effecty admittedly and they reassured me not to worry they would handle it and that is exactly what they did. Not even 48hrs lately I had a replacement shipping out to me which I received just in time for my next injection. I love it over here and look forward to loosing these last 30lbs with Effecty.
