DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ITEMS!
My $400 Ex Nihilo fragrance arrived with damaged packaging. After a week, and initially offering NO help, the best they could offer me was a 5% refund. Do not buy expensive stuff through this company. It is not worth the chance of something happening to it in transit.
Don't believe their reply. They think that the outside sleeve of a $400 fragrance is worth 5%. I regularly trade and resell my fragrances, and presentation and packaging is a big part for collectors. So either they don't understand the value of what they're selling and the market for it, or they just don't care.

No Place for Product Review Available
I’d like to be able to have seen more accurate sizing information prior to my order. I ordered a women’s medium shorts which appears to actually be a kids medium, and there was no place to leave feedback on the product itself.

Birthday purchase gone wrong
Ordered some shoes on my birthday, July 8. My order has been sitting at “order confirmed” for 4 days. No update towards delays, no tracking number or anything. Extremely frustrating even after reaching out to customer service I still got no response.
