Unfortunately, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
I ordered two pairs of loafers in sizes 43 and 44. Each pair was shipped individually and without a proper shoebox, which gave a very poor first impression.
The quality was far below what was advertised. The shoes were described as suede, but they had an extremely strong chemical and plastic smell right out of the package. The odor was so intense that I didn't even want to try them on because I was genuinely concerned about the materials used.
Another major issue is the return policy. The website advertises free shipping, but if you want to return the products, you have to pay for expensive international return shipping to Canada yourself. This important information is not made clear before purchasing and makes returning unsuitable products unnecessarily costly.
Overall, the product quality did not match the description, the packaging was poor, and the return process is unfair and expensive. I cannot recommend this store and will definitely not order from them again.
