The delivery was extremely fast. Quicker to get from Europe than locally. I like the selection available as I’ve got an older Bosch Performance CX gen 2.

I live in Toronto, Canada and had some concerns about importing my Fazua battery part from Germany. eBike24 made the process easy, no different than ordering locally. Customer service is top notch, they took care of all the details, and kept me updated every step of the way. eBike24 was able to source a part that is very difficult to find in North America - I realized it doesnt matter, ordering from eBike24 is no different than local suppliers. There is a small amount of duty to pay, and in Canada our government wants their HST taxes, but in the end the total cost was worthwhile. Danke schon eBike, greatly appreciate your service!

I purchased my e-bike through them. Top customer focused, as pre-selling and also follow-up. I have zero complaints and they did a good job. My only recommendation for them is to review the courier services. DHL in Spain does not work pretty well, and delivery experience is not great if you have to coordinate with them to be present at home. the box arrived damaged, and i had to handle by my own a delivery on the street of such a huge box with only 15min notice of "im on my way to your place" (they do not deliver at door). Shop fully recommended, but delivery got a big impact on customers perception on online shopping so best to look after it guys.
