Excellent service and offer for the glasses

Excellent service (you can even re-use your existing frames), excellent prices. Only the delivery could be a bit faster, but I assume it is up to the delivery service (it took a bit too long).

Terrible customer support

I ordered Polaroid PLD2164/S FLL/5X Polarized sunglasses from their website and I have a problem with a very strong reflection on the inside of the glasses that is very annoying when wearing them. Apparently the glasses do not have an anti-reflective coating on the inside. I contacted them via email to see if anything can be done to solve or reduce the problem and I never received a return email to my inquiry. Terrible customer support. Unfortunately I do not have the packaging to return it because I would do it immediately.
