Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers Reviews 

On 2 September, 2026, I had an oil change at the Garners Ferry location in Columbia, SC. My service tech was Bryan. He conducted himself in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable when asked about various services. He was very attentive while checking under my hood. I enjoyed talking with him, and I will definitely continue to recommend Express Oil Change.

I received great service today during my oil change. Thank you, Jeremiah, for being polite, professional and providing top-tier customer service. I appreciate the excellent service!

Had a friend thats a female come in that had to sit a listen to a manager talk nasty and about Beating females and the was told it was just a joke when she complained and then laughed out of the store. Do not recomend going here till the men are fired.

Trey was amazing! He helped teach my teenager some things to help him learn about his truck and maintenance.

Mike on the Drake Ave. one in HSV, Al put in headlights (from a different store) in for me and was gonna do it free of charge. They’re super kind, and professional. Our family doesn’t go anywhere else and hasn’t for 14+ years. :) our go to guys.

I went to the express oil change on Jikes Road and it was a great experience. I was in and out. Hooman took good care of me as always.

Matt at the new Skyview location in Kansas City was awesome! Very helpful and informative! Highly recommend and I will definitely go back for any of my car needs!

This was the worse experience I ever had, I brought my truck on 9/1/26 for an oil change. The wait was very long and the young lady that did my oil change didn’t put oil back in, she didn’t top off all my fluids and she didn’t go over any of the recommendations. On 9/2/26 my truck started smelling weird, making a noise and started over heating, so I pulled over and realized it had no coolant cool my problem came when it started doing the same thing again less than 10 minutes later so I pulled over and checked my oil stick and it was dry there was nothing on it. I walked to get oil so my kids and I could get home. On 9/3/26 I called and told the guy that my truck didn’t have any oil, he said bring it in and I did and I showed him the video he said he really couldn’t tell. She told pleading her case and he tells me my video wasn’t enough proof and that I have other issues with my truck and it was nothing they can do about it.

Have used them for years. Located in Mechanicsville VA. However on the last visit they refused to put the next change oil mileage window sticker to the number reflecting the recommended interval by Castrol.
I was told that policy forbade them from using any interval over 5000 miles. Even if they sold the oil rated for more than 5000 miles. They had always done that in the past! I left and went to my regular repair shop. I had to wait a day and they put the right oil change interval on the window sticker AND were $15.00 less. I never would have gone anywhere else except for the refusal to do this simple request for a once loyal customer.

Dustin was such a very personable and friendly person he was extremely helpful in making sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my car and how soon I needed to get certain repairs and maintenance completed. He was very knowledgeable on what I needed for my specific vehicle and what was the best way to go about any own maintenance that I handled without the shop. He also made sure to go above and beyond with customer service that was absolutely outstanding and I would recommend this company to any and everybody that needs an oil change but doesn't want to spend way too much money.

Will and Jacob were very helpful and quick during the oil change. We really appreciate their wonderful customer service and taking the time to clean the windshield as well!

To the owner, not the manager, this was a poor experience at the Chamblee Peachtree Industrial early afternoon on 8/28/26. The young man who changed my oil, unprofessional, unhelpful in his responses, he gave a clear perception he thought he was ‘to cool’ to be asked anything. Out of the Howell Mill, Smyrna and this location unfortunately I would not recommend this place and won’t be back. The other 2 locations the mechanics are helpful, polite and utmost professionals.
