Well, in general it goes easy, and the question or required information becomes a bit annoying (how can I retrieve my India visa information for more than 10 years ago?) but it went fine.

Scam website masquerading as…
This is a scam website masquerading as the US official website to apply for ESTA. The official website is cheaper and process much faster than this sc website. These scammers are hiding in Spain and are preying on unsuspecting people who needs ESTA.

Misleading ESTA website and no refund response
I used this website to apply for ESTA because it looked very similar to an official U.S. government ESTA application website. Only after payment did I realize that it is a private third-party service and not the official ESTA website.
The final amount of $144 was not clearly shown to me before the payment was charged. This is much higher than the official ESTA fee. In my opinion, the website design and wording can easily mislead travelers into thinking they are using the official ESTA system.
When I noticed the issue, I contacted support and requested a refund. They refused, saying that the application had already been processed. Although my ESTA was eventually approved, I still believe the service was misleading because the private nature of the website and the total cost were not made clear enough before payment.
I recommend travelers avoid this website and use only the official U.S. government ESTA website.
Update: ESTA was approved, but this does not change my complaint. My issue is not the approval itself, but the misleading presentation and unclear pricing before payment.
Update:
I provided the application number and requested that they review the case again. My complaint remains the same: the private nature of the service and the total charge of $144 were not clear enough before payment.
Update:
After payment, I contacted eVisaEntry and they sent me a refund request link. However, their own refund system required me to wait at least 24 hours before refund-eligible applications would appear. This means I had no real chance to request a refund before they processed the application. Now they refuse the refund because the application was already processed. In my opinion, this is unfair and misleading.

I cannot recommend this provider.
I cannot recommend this provider.
We submitted a Tanzanian visa application for my friend months ago and have been dealing with delays, contradictory information and very poor communication ever since.
Over the course of this process, we received different reference numbers for the same application and repeatedly got generic replies that did not actually address the questions asked. Even when I specifically requested the payment confirmation for the application, I was sent further status updates instead of the document I had asked for.
Because of the lack of clear and reliable information, I eventually contacted the Tanzanian Embassy in Berlin myself. The embassy informed me that there had been technical problems in the visa system in January and February and advised that the traveller should carry the application ID together with proof of payment.
This is exactly the kind of important information I would have expected a professional visa service provider to communicate proactively after months of delay. Instead, I had to find it out myself, and I am still trying to obtain the payment confirmation from the provider.
Overall, this has been a frustrating, confusing and very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I would not use this service again.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I made an application for a visa and then tried to cancel by emailing eVisa Entry within 1.5 hours (on a Saturday night when corresponding government agency would have been shut). Reason for cancelling was that we had missed the 30 day minimum advance period for online applications, so we would need to make an application in person on arrival. eVisa Entry completely refused to refund the money, saying that under EU law, the right to cancel is waived as their service is 'personalised’. HOWEVER they cited a law which relates to personalised GOODS (e.g.: mug, pen) which does not apply here, as these are personalised SERVICES. The law applicable to services permits cancellation at any time before the service has been performed, ie: visa granted by the Tanzanian government. As we still haven't got the visa (and likely won't, because we applied too late for the online advance visa), the service hasn't been 'performed', so I should have been entitled to cancel.
And I emailed to cancel within 1.5 hours of first applying on eVisa Entry's website - and on a Saturday night when the application likely wasn’t commenced their side!
