I ordered two bras on clearance, which I found through a mobile ad. After waiting for them to arrive from China (which I was not aware was a possibility, when ordering), they arrived with no indication on the bras or the packaging what size they were meant to be, and do not fit me at all. On emailing them, politely at first, got an auto-reply stating they were (conveniently) on a business trip from that day until September 2nd or 3rd. I also received an email with a paltry $3 off my next order. After looking into whether or not the site was a scam (which I should have done before ordering; I'm out of practice, I guess), I emailed them again yesterday to demand my money back, all of it, and have yet to actually hear from them. I did get another email two days ago along the lines of "we noticed you haven't opened the shipping notification we sent two days ago, so here it is again," but that just adds to the scam since they'd arrived by that time. I've since filed for a refund on Paypal. They appear to operate multiple other sites, all with -charm names.

I ordered a 2X and the item I received was more like a large. I reported this to the company and they are very uncooperative. I am a senior on a fixed income and cannot afford this. Also, nowhere in their website or in the order does it state. US funds. BUYER BEWARE!!!

These people are crooks I ordered 6 of these bras at my regular size but when they arrived they would of fit an 8 year old , too small. I have tried to reach them but no answer yet. I am not letting this go …

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! WORST PRODUCT EVER. I brought the bra tank top and they would not even fit a 12 year old. Way to small!!

Do not order from these people....I ordered 3 shirts and they r extremely too small. I contacted them for a refund and I got 3 options from them and none of them was for my full refund. I will not let this go, its the principal of it... someone needs to do something about this place or they will continue to rip people off.

First of all I thought I was paying in Australian dollar but at final purchase it turned out to be American dollar which made the item more expensive. After waiting over a month for an order of XL culotte pants, they emailed and said the color I wanted was not available. I chose another. Finally a package arrived! The size would have fitted a child aged about 8yrs! Complained and requested correct size or refund. So much for them replying within 48hrs Ha! So going through the rigmarole of sending photos of original shipping packaging and garment showing size (4 by the way). Garment has no washing instructions or type of fabric advice only a tiny size tag. Have just read reviews and wish I had before ordering. Most people have given a one star review because you can't give a zero star.... As a previous reviewer advised, stop ordering from game sites. Lesson learned.

I would give this zero Stars if possible. I ordered the tank bra tops, they are nothing like they were advertised. You can see completely through them. The size is wrong. When I tried to get a refund they kept offering me a percentage off and keeping the items. I bought three of them. They offered me 10% then 20% then 30% and then they told me that if I wanted to return them for a full refund I would have to return them to Vietnam which was going to cost me a lot more than the bras were actually worth. This is a total scam. Avoid this at all costs.

I ordered a BloomEase - Women's Lightweight Stretch Comfy Flowy Shorts. They arrived and they fit on the small side for the size and look cheaply made, not like in the advertisement. I requested a return. I was offered to size up for an additional $9 US, or a 10% refund and no need to return. While 10% is something, it’s not ideal. I’ll donate these shorts to charity and I will never order from Evericharm again. Boooo

Ordered tank top bras in 6 different colors. Ordered the size that was recommended for me, which happened to be my regular bra size. Finally received the product after several weeks and not only were they way too small and I couldn't even get in them and breathe, but the material and look of the bras were not even close to what had been advertised and shown.. When I emailed to get a return, they insisted on needing pictures of the package they came in, to verify I had ordered from them, (really?). I did not have the package still. I threw it away when I opened it assuming that the bras would fit perfectly since they were in my regular size. Then they insisted they needed pictures of each of the individual packages and the bras that came in them. So I sent those, but haven't heard back yet. I am wondering if they are going to give me a hassle about the return. Stay tuned for an update.

When I finally got my cami built in bra, they sent the wrong size. It was a size small or medium. I didn't bother to even try it on. I contacted Evericharm and still waiting to hear from them I want to return the item and get my refund. Seems all communication is cut from them. I will inform the BBB and my credit card company. I'm fighting this

To bad I can't rate it negative stars. DO NOT give this company a cent!!! They told me USPS delivered to my mailbox. No they did not. Asked to ask my neighbors at an apartment complex?? I think not.
I should have read the comments before buying anything.

If I could give -5 I would. Do not buy as what you are sent is pathetic in every way. What ever you buy from this platform you will be bitterly disappointed. I bought a bra and it is nothing like described or shown on the website.

I saw an ad on a game I was playing for a bra that would allegedly help your posture. It looked cute and the reviews were positive on their website, so it hopefully you two thinking that if I got it and it was as advertised, I would have two excellent bras for my future use.
When I received the items, I was disappointed to find that they were certainly not as advertised as the actual cups were not big enough to hold anything larger than an A cup and the material was thin and flimsy, so certainly not going to hold anything up.
I tried to leave a review on their website and got a notification saying that the review would be verified by their administrators, which tells me that they probably will not be posting my review because it was not a five star positive review. I emailed and told them about the reasons I would like a refund and they offered 10%, which I will be taking because that’s any of my money back.
All this said, while playing a game on my phone I saw another ad for this bra, noticing that they are using another company’s ad (crossybra) to advertise their company (evericharm). Shady business.

Back in July, I bought a skort from them. It took close to a month for me to get it. I ordered a large. The package said large but the skort was not. There was no warning that the sizes ran one size smaller than indicated. They wanted an additional $15 to replace it. I declined. They offered 10% credit and didn’t want the product back. Yes! 10% credit. Now, I have a skort to donate. And of course will never buy from them.

I just wanted to thank everyone who wrote a review on this company. Because of your transparency I will not order from this company, which I was about to do. Thank you again!

Evericharm does not provide the product that you pay for! I am a large woman and thought the 2crossy bras might help me with my posture. I ordered a 50/D and first I got an email saying they were out of my color. Would it be OK if I order only beige so I said OK. The bras were delivered to me and the size on the package said XL. If they’re only delivering in small medium large and extra large, then why do they have you order according to the bust size and cup size? The support department was very prompt in answering my email, and I sent them pictures of the bras and the package. and everything else they wanted only to have them tell me that the order was correctly filled, and offered me 10% refund! I was totally dumbfounded! I told them I would return the bras because I wanted my refund not 10% off a product I can’t use! So then they offered me a 20% refund or option to send it back to an address in Vietnam. Well, when II was totally dumbfounded! I told them I would return the bras because I wanted my refund not 10% off a product I can’t use! So then they offered me a 20% refund or option to send it back to a address in Vietnam. Well, when I went to the post office to find out how much it would cost to send it back the cost was prohibited, so I ended up taking the 20%.
The only good thing I have to say about this company is that the support group answers emails promptly yep, that’s it. Good luck to you all.

I purchased a crossybra that advertised selling torso length and cup size. But they only sell in small/medium/large. The bra did not come close to fitting my body: torso loose, cup size too small. Plus the material is flimsy, so if even if measurements were appropriate, the bra would not be supportive.
They also would not let me return for a refund, so I’ve spent money for trash.

Received ThermaCore Built-In Comfort Bra Tanktop and I’m shocked at the disconnect between what I ordered and what I got…
Item is not true to size, much too small, shoulder straps are so short the padded bra doesn't even reach my breasts. Not adjustable either.
Too short in the body, and so tight I can barely get it on. It’s like a cheap bathing suit top, with paddinig inserted.
In addition - unbelievably! - the colour is wrong. ordered gray, got reddish-brown.
I'm disgusted with the “quality” of this product! Will not bother returning it, won’t waste another minute dealing with this company. Stay away!!

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. I purchased the cargo shorts. Using their size guide, I should order a Large. Normally, I would take a Medium but thought Large would be adequate. After a month, I contacted their customer service and was told they were enroute. They arrived a couple of days after that. After trying them on, I contacted customer service again about returning them. The only options were to pay an additional $30 for ordering a different size and keeping the wrong sized shorts OR keeping the shorts and getting a 10% refund. Terrible options! I opted for the 10% refund as I didn't want to give this company any more of my money. The shorts will be donated to a local charity. The only positive thing I have to say is that customer service was very prompt at replying to my emails.
