EventPics makes it easy to collect, share and enjoy photos and videos from weddings, parties, corporate events and other special occasions. Instead of asking guests to send their pictures through WhatsApp, email or different cloud services, EventPics brings everyone’s photos together in one private event gallery. Creating a shared event photo album takes only a few moments. Organizers create an event and receive a QR code and shareable link. Guests simply scan the QR code or open the link to upload their photos and videos. No registration or account is required for guests, and installing an app is optional. EventPics works directly in the browser as well as on iOS and Android. EventPics is especially useful for wedding photo sharing. Couples can place the QR code on tables, invitations or signs so wedding guests can easily contribute their own photos and videos throughout the celebration. The same simple QR code photo sharing works for birthdays, company events, family celebrations, graduations, festivals, team events and many other occasions. Photos and videos are stored in their original quality without compression and can be downloaded again in full resolution, including convenient ZIP downloads of the event gallery. A live slideshow makes it possible to display uploaded photos during the event on a TV or projector. Organizers can also control who is allowed to view, upload or download content. Privacy is an important part of EventPics. Galleries are private, transfers are encrypted, and photos and videos of EU users are stored in the EU with GDPR-compliant storage. EventPics can be started for free with 2 GB of storage and unlimited guests. Premium plans provide additional storage and unlimited retention for events that need more space or long-term access.

Great Customer Service!!
Loving this app! We had a tech glitch, and Matthias was incredibly helpful and friendly as he helped to resolve the issue.
It's now working exactly as it's intended, and we're extremely happy with the result :-)
One easy upgrade would be a quickshare button beyond the QR code so that people can easily open it on their desktop...easy enough to copy and share the link though.

Great product for gather pics!
Great product for gather pics from many folks! Uploading photos is as easy as can be for non-tech users from their phones! No app download required and no account creation required!

EventPics is easy to use and for free
EventPics is easy to use and for free. For my event is was sufficient and all worked out well. What I missed is the functionality to print the QR code from the app. Otherwise I can recommend the app.

Regarding the QR code printing: you're absolutely right that this would be a helpful feature. We're already working on a solution that will allow users to easily print the QR code directly from the app. This functionality is currently in development and will be available online soon.
