I am absolutely furious with your service.

I paid an extra €15 for express shipping because I was guaranteed that my package would arrive today. Instead, it is still stuck in France with no explanation whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable.

Because of your failure to deliver on the promised date, I am being forced to spend extra money every single day on transportation while I wait for this package. These additional costs are entirely your responsibility.

I expect a full refund of the €15 express shipping fee, as you have clearly failed to provide the service I paid for. I also expect my package to be delivered as soon as possible without any further delays.

This situation is extremely frustrating, and I expect a prompt response along with a satisfactory resolution.

Grandsons 10th birthday presents, bought two hopping to join together but they were different widths, but he was very happy with them.

Not a great experience, unfortunately. Ordered a skate protection kit, which was a bit weird in size (low quality probably didn’t help) and asked for an exchange. After a few emails with customer service - which seemed really lost ? - they sent me a new item, but not in the new size I asked for. I guess I’ll live with it, as I don’t want to go through the hassle of contacting customer service again…

Fast delivery to the Netherlands from Dane mark

Ordered an item, got it delivered to the local drop off lock up centre. Had no notifications, no code sent from the courier to let me access the locker. Checked a day later as it says 24 hour to update. Nothing. No parcel. Emailed Euro Skate, told me to contact the courier and find the item myself. AVOID

Paid for faster delivery and it took way longer than it should have, place wouldn’t accept delivery and had to be delivered to home address when this option was given to start with

Scooter was good, lock was terrible / not usable
