Avoid this company. They lie and there is no professionalism. A bouquet for Mother's Day for PLN 120, maybe worth PLN 30. I tried to call them for 3 days with no answer. After submitting the complaint by e-mail, sending photos for comparison, as this is not the first time I send the order, the answer is that they do not include my complaint. No words! Avoid them!

What a joke.
Flowers for Mother's Day came yesterday and my shock was enormous.
For the big bouquet of amazing flowers I paid for 179.90 zł Mum got bunch of few random withered flowers. Seriously it's the biggest scam of a lifetime.
Don't bother with this so called company.
They are only good at disappointing our loved ones who are just sad after receiving sth like this from so called business.
No customer care whatsoever.
Disappointed and big lie.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day - never delivered. No reply to e-mail so far. Phone calls not picked up. No way to contact them. They were quick to charge my account though. Very bad experience. And delivery slot they offer in the first place (8.00-21.00) could not be any less precise - other hours people are asleep I guess. Irrelevant I guess since no delivery took place.

Absolutely shocking service! First order - flowers delivered 6 days earlier. 2nd order driver called the recipient and arranged to redelivery. Few hours later received email stating that the recipient did not answer the phone and I need to pay extra for redelivery. Sent 3 emails since and no response. Disgusting customer service. I will never ever use this company again!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Never delivered the flowers. Instited on the phone that it would be delivered although it was 20 minutes to 9pm ( latest time of delivery). When trying to contact or ring - no answer. Don't be suprised if every time you call you will be 13 in a queue as it seems to be set up like that so they can put you on hold for longer and eventually disconnect when you are reaching the agent. Patetic company, please save your time and money and use someone else!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!I ordered flowers 2 days ago for my mom on 26th of May.They didn't come and on web they wrote they have been delivered.I won't even mention how many times I contacted them to get the informations and when finally I got answer to my 3d email someone apologized they couldn't deliver flowers yesterday. are you serious?!first of all I wasn't even informed about that ,then why would you mark parcel delivered if you didn't send a parcel in 1st place?!
So unprofessional and their customer service sucks!

Absolute scam! I’ve ordered flowers for Mother’s Day in Poland which were never delivered, no phone call, I sent 3 emails - zero response, phone number doesn’t work. Terrible customer service, stay away !!!!

Delivered wilted flowers and when complained they offered 10% refund.

I normally do not write reviews BUT I have decided to make other customers aware that the Ekwiaty has a very bad customer service and do not care about their customers. There is no communication, no possibility of contacting the office and the emails are very dry and without any apology!
I have ordered flowers and a cake for my Mum's Birthday and Mother's day, I did not get any email informing me about delivery on the day and also that half of my order will not be delivered at all!!!
I am disgusted with this company's behaviour and will never order from them again!
Still no reply to my email and no apologies at all! Still awaiting refund for the cake!

First of all I have ordered the flowers for a Mother’s Day and the flowers didn’t arrived yet! I have ordered from this website because it shows that I have plenty of time to take order which will arrive today but that’s lies!
I was checking the order status and it showed that my order is on the way to recipient!!-that’s another lie.

Please guys use other site instead of this website! I’m really disappointed and I have never ever will order from this company!

Ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day. She received on time but when I saw a picture she sent me they looked nothing like the bouquet that I've ordered. Really disappointed.

The worst service. Greetings on a wrinkled piece of paper, attached like a price tag. It was my Dad 80th birthday. I am so disappointed. Flowers not arranged, ends not cut.
Do yourself a favour and do not use their service.

Please don't ever use e-kwiaty if you want hassle free correct delivery. I ordered deluxe bouquet for my mum in Poland and I was crying when she sent me photo of what she got. It was embarrassing and I will never ever use their service again. I complained to customer service but they didnt accept my complaint. Wish I could attach a photo here of what I ordered and what she got.
