Tried to acquire a load-pass through the subscription page At the end a verification payment of 0,01€ is required to validate the SEPA account for invoicing.
This process doesn't work, bank does not allow for such a small payment. I tried to get some support to overcome this problem, first by chat (VERA) but this is not helping, only state a manuel invoicing account will be available costing a 5€ additional per invoice.
I got in contact with the support team, no solution here neither. Same story, this payment step is required in the process and if it can't be completed: bad luck to you customer...unless you want to with to a manuel process with the 5€ fee per invoice and are in addition a company that will take 10 cards or so....end of story.
Unbelievable customer experience...and then they say 'customer satisfaction is our greatest value...', small question mark at least!

Tried E-flux in Europe
Tried E-flux in tge Netherland, Luxembourg and France and we could charge at nearly all stations.
Normal charching stations or rapid charchers they nearly all worked.
The Ionity was a different and e-Vadea in Brittany where I needed and other provider. In all other places E-flux worked perfect and with little extra costs.

The eflux software is to complicated for a normal user, You need a lot of experience to get the invoicing correctly. I am frustrated with it. I am not an IT expert but normal user. If invoicing problem is not solved, i quit next week. I am at the end of the road….
