Terrible service and a very disappointing website.

I ordered vitamins and a cooling mat for my dog. The vitamins arrived quickly, but somehow my order automatically signed me up for a subscription. They charged me again and sent another package of vitamins without my intention to reorder.

It was almost impossible to find where to cancel the subscription on the website. I emailed customer support but never received a reply. After spending quite a while searching, I finally managed to cancel it myself.

As for the cooling mat, it is absolutely not worth the money. It took almost three weeks to arrive from China in cheap, smelly packaging. After a gentle hand wash, it completely lost its shape and turned into a useless piece of fabric.

I do not recommend this website, their products, or their customer service.

My dog is very anxious and usually never lets me touch her paws willingy. She didn't have any reaction to me using the device.

Really helpful these scissors with the light to avoid injuring my dog.
More difficult with black nails

Just another Drop-shipping front for Chinese products.

They promise a product with company logo and that it's their own unique product. What I received was without branding and a cheap Chinese product.

The product in question is nothing special and can be bought for cheap on other marketplaces.
