Quality, consistency, variety, and the ability to support roasters I would have otherwise not known about makes Trade my favorite subscription I have.

I like trying new regions and roasters but don't like the hustle of choice and freshness management. Trade covers that pretty well without additional costs. Also the support is really good, I got a replacement for my first bag even thought it was actually ok. Delivery pacing is fairly convenient, although the web app UX could have been clearer

Amazing fresh roasted coffee beans, to the freshness there are times surgar are not necessarily needed on the fresh taste and flavor they have.

I have always received great coffee, these are very freshly roasted, the application is easy to use and change. This is a subscription I always look forward to.

I just got my recent bag in the mail, and it’s really good and on time. Even if the coffee hasn’t always been my favorite, they’re always worth drinking.

Trade Coffee has always been great in my experience. I recently got an espresso machine, so I'm pretty new to this whole bean thing. Their customer service has been super helpful for newbies trying out different beans.

Ordering and swapping beans is easy. Shipping is also quick. Their app is so easy to use.

Their customer service is amazing! They answer any questions within 24 hours. I had a problem where it auto-charged me for a new subscription even though I still had tons of coffee. I emailed them and they refunded me super fast, no questions asked, unlike other companies where it's like pulling teeth to get a refund.

Trade Coffee is honest, and I couldn't recommend a better coffee subscription company than them.

I sought out Trade Coffee based on a review from another subscriber. The first bag of coffee I received was spot on. The second bag was too strong. I tried everything to make it taste appealing, but I couldn't. On a whim, I contacted their Customer service, thinking they'd tell me I'd be stuck with the coffee beans I didn't like (and I was ok with that), but they honored their First Bag Guarantee, which in my case was the 2nd bag. They asked me a few more questions and are sending me a different bag at no cost. I was thrilled! In today's world where expressing gratitude is a lost art, I support business and employees that are going above and beyond for customers. Thank you so much!

I had tried two other coffee subscriptions before Trade, and unfortunately, both left me disappointed. I’ve received three different coffee selections so far, and each delivery has arrived without any issues. The coffees have been fresh, high quality, and it’s been fun discovering new flavors that match my preferences. On top of that, my experience with Trade’s customer service has been outstanding. They have been responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience even better. I’m so happy I decided to start my subscription with Trade, and I look forward to continuing it for a long time. I tried the first shipment of coffee from Trade Coffee yesterday called Milk and Honey. I have previously told them that I prefer coffee that is similar to the Kirkland French Roast whole beans, which has a strong flavor and good aroma. The so called Milk and Honey is not like that at all - it has no flavor and no aroma. I tried another cup this morning, and had to throw half a cup away. It is one of the worst coffee I ever had.
Do not shop at Tarde Coffee. These guys do not know what they are doing. I have requested that Trade Coffee replace the remaining shipments with the Kirkland French Roast, so I can have a decent cup of coffee in the morning again.

Trade’s combination of quality coffee, easy web interface; customer support, and prioritizing small business roasters makes my coffee something I enjoy on a daily basis.

Customer service. As we've moved away from brick & mortar and toward e-commerce, customer service has suffered.. ime. Trade stands in stark contrast to that trend. I won't go into detail as to what happened but a situation arose, and the people at Trade handled it deftly. I was shocked... well, pleasantly surprised. Trade incorporates the convenience, efficiency and progress of e-commerce w/ the customer service and personal touch of brick & mortar.

Coffee quality is excellent and the entire purchase process is seamless and on the few times I needed customer service assistance, they were very helpful.

Love the convenience of coffee arriving at my door. Best part is that it’s fresh and supports small businesses! Love the variety and I get to review the coffee to help them better serve me. Definitely recommend!

I am very disappointed with Trade’s customer service and subscription practices. My subscription was renewed automatically without any advance notification or reminder that the renewal date was approaching. Customers should be clearly informed before being charged for a renewal.

Additionally, I tried contacting the company through their website to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Lack of communication and poor customer support make this a very frustrating experience.

I expect companies to be transparent about renewals and responsive to customer concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Trade.

We have bought this subscription for 2 years in a row now. $200 for 12 bags isn't bad at all.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. There are so many wonderful coffee choices and the coffee is so fresh!
