Ik heb 3 messen bestel. 2 waren nieuw de 3e was duidelijk gebruikt, geen begrip en wat ik te horen kreeg was: This is a new knife. It has such quality and the corresponding price. It needs to be opened with a sharper turn of the hand. Over time it will develop. ??? Dus ik weer mailen en wat kreeg ik als optie: I offer you this option. Do not send me the defective product. You make a new order in my online store. And I am going to send you, at no additional cost, a new PK68 knife as a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
