I have reviewed Domainz before and I've told people how wonderful they are. But that was a few years ago and I wondered it they were still that same. I'm very happy to say that I again got wonderful helpful service and I am very happy to highly recommend Domainz. They're easy to deal with and they fix the problem! Awesome!

Frank took my call. My problem is not an easy fix, it needs a true tech expert. However Frank perseverd. Also, i am hard of hearing which caused considerable effort and patience from Frank to work through the issue.

I am totally non technical and I found Frank to be very helpful and support oriented - I really appreciate the level of support he offered and this reflects on Web Central.

Amira was amazing and solved the issue. It's just a pity that it took 2 days, multiple emails and 2 online chats before I phoned Melbourne and spoke with Amira. Seriously, Domainz needs to make it easier to contact them, for support and they need a New Zealand phone number that actually works!

Novri from Domainz has been fantastic, successfully ending a saga that has stretched out over 4 days with two other domain hosts that has gone around in circles twice. I am not a tech guy and was getting so frustrated with the two other hosts pointing the finger at each other. I was finally directed to Domainz as the very original host provider when I set up my website and email many years ago. Bingo! Thanks Novri and Domainz.

I contacted Domainz to setup a new account as my previous provider after 30 years is ceasing hosting and email.
Anthony B talked me thru all what was needed and made a stressful situation for me seamless.

The patience of Jansen - because dealing with stressed people who just need things to work must get them down a bit. It is such a relief when things get back up and running thanks to the patience of the operator to ask the right questions and get you on the right track. Really do appreciate the support and thanks to the team at Domainz who have got me up and running again over the past week.
