Generally very good, my GP uses it so I downloaded to first book my appointments with her, but then used it to go to other specialists too.

Somehow your system altered the translation from Italian to English and changed it from French to Italian. Also, I was having a hard time getting into the system. I always use the same password and for some reason it wouldn't work with your system.

Great concept
The concept of finding and booking a medical doctor centrally is great. There needs to be consistency with communication with me when I choose 'English' as my preferred language - marketing emails, the request to leave this feedback etc. are in Italian.
Was not particularly pleased with my actual appointment with the specialist but that is a separate issue!
