It was easy to purchase the items. I was a little confused at first as to how to get them added to my inventory on the game but I asked for help and it was provided. I logged into my game and the person helped me step by step so that I could retrieve the items that I paid for.

Pretty quick delivery, within 15 - 20 mins. All my items were delivered and they even gave me few slots of extra goodies - gems and food.
I only took away one star cause I got deadnamed (which is the name on my PayPal, but not my character name) lol.
