I ordered some yews from TuinCentrum, which they delivered in a box. They were all dried out and they all died. I will not be shopping at TuinCentrum again...

Great service. My plants were delivered in time and in a good order.

I was not home and they just left my plants in front of the house. They could've delivered to the neighbors. But not just sit where any one that might pass by take it.

Plants arrived in an unhealthy state with diseases (2/3 plants)
1 plant arrived in lower than sold size
No/little organic selection (important for aromatic plants including Laurus Nobilis)
No help to bring the plants 3 storeys up

It was very easy to make choice of right plan, there is plenty of information on the website. The customer service did everything to make the delivery convenient for me. Slechte kwaliteit planten. We spent 250 euros to get plants delivered, most were nearly dead, under watered and rotted out. When we told the delivery driver that quality was poor, he said he couldn't help and to contact the store. When we contacted directplanten.nl.. we get no help or refund. You can get much better quality at your local grocery store.
