Highly recommend this company Richard who delt with me was brilliant a lot of communication all the way till my car got delivered very helpful even showed me a hand full of cars they had in stock that met my requirements

First things first ignore the negative reviews. If your buying a car from the guys you are likely buying g a second hand car and therefore not a brand new car meaning the may be issues along the way as with any car.

First off Richard was fab, helped us choose a car and delivered it himself the same night he was due an awfully long drive on holiday down south, but he wanted to make sure we got the car. It’s a great little car any work needed it had done. He reassured us any issues give them call and they will sort it.

Now we did have an issue, and in the teams defence they would never have know until driving it, it was simply just one of them things. But guess what…. They sorted it and fixed the issue and had the car delivered back to us. They also needed to order a cosmetic piece of the car and they sorted that too and had it delivered directly to us.
We didn’t have to complain we just had to give them the chance and opportunity to do so. Don’t get me wrong some of the reviews on here had us a little worried, but rest assured these guys are fair, reasonable and will make sure you get the car and service you have paid for.
Special thanks to Richard, Niki and Heather for being spot is with us. We sure will be using you again and won’t hesitate to recommend you.

From start to finish Richard was great.
The vehicle i needed wasn't in so they went out and found 1 for me .
After looking at it beforehand, they went to work and have transformed the vehicle to a very high standard ,the mechanics and finishers have all played a very important part .I would highly recommend them to anyone..

Good customer service fast and drove away in just a few days

Where do I start, they’re quick to get you approved but slow to sort problems, from day 1 it’s been nothing but hassle. We got the first van and within 2 hours we had broke down and the head gasket had gone (we had a mechanic out to check and they confirmed) but they said it wasn’t on the phone. Then was left with another van that’s the same size as our van that we part ex that was too small for us. The next van we decided to have now has a crack all the way the length of the windowscreen where it has got bigger, a side door that just closes on its own and is a different shade of white from the original van and can see what it’s had lots of filler used on it. A bad whistle noise from the front right wheel and finally is loosing coolant. Try and ring constantly but they have my number saved so can see it’s me calling and don’t bother answering or say the person dealing with it is out the office. Had these problems for 4 weeks and still nothing, the did offer for me to drive 2 hours to swap the van for another one whilst they fixed this but kindly refused as it’s up to them to sort the van out to come to me not me take the van back and do 2x 4 hour round trips. Oh and still waiting for proof the wetbelt has been done which I’m guessing it wasn’t. And a log book 5 weeks later. Would definitely avoid after service is none existent.

After selling a car within the first week a problem. Long story short guarantee is THAT U HAVE TO GET THE BROKEN CAR BACK TO THEM NO MATTER WHERE U LIVE. AND IF UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN U THEN ALSO HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT TO THEM. ALSO U MAY NOT EVEN GET A CAR TO USE WHILE THEY TAKE SO LONG TO REPAIR. THEN AGAIN U HAVE TO COLLECT IT. SO IF U WORK GOOD LUCK EVER GETTING THERE. COZ BELIEVE ME FAST FORWARD COUPLE IF WEEKS BROKEN AGAIN. BEEN SAT OVER 9 DAYS WAITING FOR THEM TO COLLECT IT. THEY WILL IF THEY CAN LOAN ME A CAR. BUT I HAVE TO GET MYSELF THERE TO PICK IT UP. CAR STILL WAITING TO BE COLLECTED FOR REPAIR.
U see they get ppl they know to write good reviews for them.
Apparently they put customers first.

1 Star – Poor Experience
I bought a vehicle from this dealership, but delivery was delayed by three weeks due to alleged mechanical repairs. I was told it was in good condition when it would be delivered.
The engine management light came on the same day. An independent inspection found it was not fit for purpose, so I rejected it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The dealership collected the vehicle over three weeks ago, but I am still waiting for my full refund despite repeated follow-ups.
Very disappointing handling of what should have been a straightforward refund process.

Had a great experience getting my new car from direct car credit, I would highly recommend , brilliant communication, extremely friendly, helpful, approachable, and professional, fantastic customer service from Richard, thankyou so much again.
