My primary concern is that I was never informed during enrollment or onboarding that the course had a one-year validity. Even after repeatedly requesting documentary proof through email, the team has been unable to provide any email, document, acknowledgment, or terms and conditions showing that this policy was disclosed to me before I enrolled.
Another major issue was that several promised capstone projects were never made available. Although I completed the SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing modules, only the Social Media Marketing capstone project was accessible on the LMS. Despite raising this issue multiple times, it remained unresolved.
I also found the support process frustrating. Instead of responding to my emails with written clarification, I was frequently contacted by phone. Since my requests were specifically for documentary proof, I expected formal written responses, but those were not provided.
Most disappointing was the conduct of a recent team member during our conversation. Rather than focusing on resolving my grievance, the discussion became personal and included remarks that I felt were unrelated to my course or the issues I had raised. I found this unprofessional and inappropriate.
Even now, my request is simple: either allow me to complete the remaining course modules or provide documentary proof that the course validity policy was clearly communicated to me at the time of enrollment. Unfortunately, neither has been done.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this course due to the lack of transparency, unresolved support issues, and the way my concerns have been handled.

The tutors at Digital Vidya are Gurus of what they do. They are passionate about the digital world which is reflected through the immense knowledge they have. They welcomed questions and were very supportive through the learning process.

Yes the experience is very good. And thanks to my trainer that which I learn from her I used practically whenever I need it in any project or work related things.

Some Sessions were really good and some sessions needs to be updated like web analytics, WhatsApp marketing etc
