Great Customer Service
I have purchased several designs from Cindy, and I absolutely love her work. She is a very talented digitizer! I’m older and sometimes have trouble figuring out certain things, so I had to ask her for help several times. She was always so patient, kind, and helpful with me.
I have used several different digitizers in the past, but after finding Cindy, I’ll be sticking with her from now on. I highly recommend her designs and her work—you won’t be disappointed!

Got scammed by Sew and Grew/Digit-it/Global Payments
The seller sent me embroidery files that looked nothing like what they sold me and only sent a few of the entire lot I was supposed to get only after I filed a PayPal dispute. Ghosted me after I made payment. Buyer beware this seller goes by several seller names Sew and Grew/Digit-it/Global Payments. They sent me invoices from 2 different companies on PayPal.

My representative Liza was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She customized the entire product to the exact color and measurements that I requested. Most companies have limited stock items only. Liza also improved the logo design that I submitted. The added texture greatly enhanced the image. No other company was able to do this. I’m highly pleased with the end results!!

100% perfect digitizing
the company I ordered the design from, sewandgrew, didnt inform me that the design offered for sale needed to be digitized, so it took 2 days for me to get it. However, my hats off to the digitizers as this is 100% perfect digitizing. zero gaps, zero problems with it, and other than a couple of missing "shading" spots, I am absolutely thrilled with the stitchout!! thank you.

Got there in the end
After several attempts I managed to receive the design I had ordered and paid for. I ordered Mr & Mrs Santa design just before I went away on holiday on 18th May, received a free gift on 19th but no Santa. I am now back home and can see the design has finally arrived but not had a chance to use it yet.
