I am an attorney in Seattle. I have been with Daniels-Head for a number of years and the company has arranged for me to obtain insurance by multiple insurance companies throughout this time. Over the past few years, I have been assisted by Karen Curreri, Account Executive. She and the rest of the representatives who have assisted me (sometimes in trying and very timely circumstances), have been spectacular!!! Besides having to sell my services, I have spent time selling real estate and accreditied venture capital investments which require a large amount of customer-service and I recognize great service when I am a party to it.
Anyway, I would not contribute to a customer service survey unless I provided a very good or very bad report so I am happy to provide a great one here. :)
