I paid my deel advance as per their agreement and on time.

All of a sudden I am not legible yet everything on the criteria list has passed.

When you ask for clerity on things you get automated responses that do not even help you understand

It's been day asking the same question.

If it wasn't that my cluent uses this platform I would ha e closed my account a long time ago.

've been using Deel for over a year now as a contractor, and it's made getting paid across borders genuinely stress-free. Payments have consistently arrived on time, the platform is straightforward to navigate, and I've never had to chase anyone down about a missing invoice. Compared to juggling bank transfers and paperwork manually, it's saved me a lot of hassle. Would recommend it to anyone doing contract work internationally.

I have been using Deel for almost two years, and unfortunately I am experiencing the same issue again.

Around three months ago, I was asked to go through an RFI (Request for Information) for my payout. I provided all the requested information, and I was told at that time that my payment details had been whitelisted.

Now, only three months later, I am being asked to go through another RFI for the same type of recurring monthly payout.

My latest payout had an estimated release date of September 2, and as of September 4, it is still pending.

I understand that compliance checks can happen, but asking for the same information again only three months after the previous RFI, especially after being told that the payment had been whitelisted, is difficult to understand.

I have contacted Deel several times, but the response remains that the payment provider is reviewing the transaction, without providing a clear release date. Responses from support have also taken a significant amount of time.

After almost two years of using Deel, I find this recurring process extremely frustrating. A recurring monthly payout should not repeatedly be subjected to the same process every few months without a clear explanation or timeline.

This has been a very poor experience and needs to be addressed.

A sickening experience with the EOR case.
We have a Bulgarian residence permit case that is open for over 100 days now. The employee provided everything requested but the documents were not submitted for weeks. For what is worse, every status request from the employee receives "we will keep you posted." This is not transparent at all and the employee is very stressed about the situation and the communication with them.
Now their legal grounds to remain in Bulgaria are at risk.
Would never start the process if I new the level of services in EOR cases.

My experience using Deel as a supervisor has been very positive overall. The platform simplifies many administrative processes that would otherwise require significant time and coordination. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the efficiency of the onboarding process. Deel provides clear guidance and automates much of the documentation, making it easier to bring new team members on board quickly and compliantly. The platform also offers transparency around contracts, payment schedules, and employment documentation, which helps reduce misunderstandings and administrative delays.

kind of confusing but the tutorials were very helpful after a bit clicking here and there but very intuitive

They don't seem to know the legal requirements for the country where they are assisting us with HR and our work contracts were amended twice, the start date pushed out two months! It also took them a long time to send us needed physical contracts for Visa purposes, which we signed virtually but they didn't have the electronic signature biometrics required by the EU. And of course, my first paycheck didn't arrive for some reason which they are looking into. Excuse after excuse.

I've been using Deel for many years now and has always been the best option for me. I've used it as a contractor and as a EOR contract and in both cases has simplified my life in a way that no other platform did. Amazing if you're a remote worker.

I've been using Deel a coupel of months already and experienced two major issues with my money. The last one happend on 8/28, a trasanction from Deel to my Colombian bank using teh BreB option they have, now the money doesn't show NOWHERE and it's impossible to reach to someone by their AI Customer Service, +12 hours for a response that wasn't even notifed.
