Disappointing delivery fabulous product
My sheets are wonderful and worthy of 5 stars (this is my second order). However, my delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery company did not try to deliver to my home as before but delivered to a collection point where I found the package open.

GLS, the courier, noted that "delivery was not possible due to an unforeseen event or a delay on the distribution route."
We apologize once again for this inconvenience, which was beyond our control; however, we will certainly report the incident to the courier to help prevent this from happening in the future.

Ordered a "premium cotton" duvet cover and fitted sheets about 18m ago, at first glance they looked ok, but over time they deteriorated despite washing at recommended temperature and spin.
Quality feels worse than Ikea's, so bad that we are not using these bedsheets anymore.
First time it happens to me, and I've owned all qualities of bedsheets (from Ikea's first price to luxury bedsheets)... I thought I was buying quality with Dalfilo, turns out it's only marketing.
