Repeated verification -> Delayed order -> Cancelled. Slow customer service replies, shipping, and refunds.
Twice in a row made me do extra verification. Takes longer than a week to ship. Second time they made me verify which they said I passed and will fulfill my order. 3 days later they send me another invoice saying u didnt pay when its not possible to order without your card being charged. I emailed them about it and was ignored by another 4 days. The following monday they replied saying “they forgot to accept my payment so it automatically cancelled it.” I have been waiting for a refund for over a week since the cancellation and it still hasn’t reached my account. Shop elsewhere its not hard to find another vendor that doesn’t treat you like bs and carries the same product.
