I bought a pair of skaters. They arrived with the inside box a bit ripped off, the skaters were looking like show model or slightly used. Besides the initial disappointment, as soon as I contact the customer service to report the complaint they reacted very quickly and provided a quick resolution. So overall good service but inspection of returned products should be done properly and it should be clearly mentioned on the product page that it’s not somehow a fresh product
