Daekleader sent me tyres that had already been mounted on a car (confirmed by their own storage), however, they excused it with that the tyres had probably been mounted and then taken off right away.
You are NOT able to return mounted tyres, but they are able to sell them.
BE AWARE they are operating on the edge of the law.

Mounted tyres cannot normally be taken back for safety reasons, as they cannot be restocked and resold once their condition can no longer be fully verified. If the tyres you received appear to have been previously mounted, this should of course be reviewed carefully by our service après-vente.
As you have already raised the matter with our team, we will prioritize your claim internally so it can be checked quickly and appropriately.
Regarding your legal concern, our site complies with the consumer protection rules applicable in each country where we operate, as specified in our terms and conditions.
Avoid Deakleader – Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience
I unfortunately cannot recommend Deakleader.
I ordered four summer tires that I needed for my summer holiday. Before the delivery, I contacted customer support to get an update on the shipping, but I never received a reply – neither by email nor through Messenger.
I received both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, but the tracking never worked. As a result, I had no way of knowing where my order was or when it would arrive.
Since the tires had not arrived before I left for my holiday, I had to travel without them. While I was away, my neighbor informed me that all four tires had simply been left outside my front door. This is especially disappointing because Deakleader states on its website that if no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again. That never happened. The tires were just left unattended, and I didn’t even receive an email confirming they had been delivered.
I am now trying to contact Deakleader to exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal, as the tires arrived too late to serve their intended purpose. Unfortunately, it is once again impossible to get in touch with customer support, whether by email or Messenger.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to poor communication, non-functioning tracking, and a delivery process that did not match what was promised. I will not be buying from Deakleader again

I have been using this website for…
I have been using this website for around 3 years and have always had a good experience. However, my latest order was very disappointing. The payment for the tires was taken, but later my order was cancelled and my money was refunded.
The reason given was related to the price, but the same tires were still available on the website at a higher price. I expected better customer service, especially as a long-term customer. I hope they improve their communication and handling of such situations in the future.

Super poor customer service which for some reason answers in french language when you try to contact them (this is danish website).
I have ordered my tires two weeks ago and i can see they have traveled across multiple countries. Im living in Denmark and i expected it to be fast delivery without problems. It turns out that tires i paid for were sent from Estonia which raises concerns about condition and quality. Ill write in the right order where they have been so far.
Estonia -> Netherlands -> Germany -> Denmark (!!!) -> Germany (AGAIN!!) -> DENMARK (!!!!) second time -> GERMANY AGAIN BUT DIFFERENT CITY!!!!!! what the hell is even that?????
And i can prove everything.

2026-03-10 I bought 4 new tires
2026-03-10 I bought 4 new tires, 2026-03-17 the courier delivered only 2 tires I was shooked, so I asked courier or that's it and he said yes. Okay, then I called to the courier company (GLS) and they confirmed me that the senter give them only 2 tires. Consuquently, I wrote many emails (messenger, whatsapp and daekleader.dk costumer service). I get answer only in whatsapp, but there AI generated messages, so it doesn't help anything. You can write many messages in their via ticket what their say to do it, but nobody don't help to solve this situation or refund for two missing tires

Please note that a set of 4 tyres is sometimes shipped in several parcels (with separate tracking numbers), so deliveries can arrive on different days. That said, if GLS confirms they only received 2 tyres from the sender, this must be checked urgently with our warehouse and the carrier.
Since you mention you already contacted us via ticket, we won’t ask you to open a new one: your request will be prioritized internally so an agent can review the shipment documents and tracking details, and then propose the appropriate solution (after verification).
To help us locate your case quickly, please reply in your existing ticket with:
- your order number
- the ticket number (or the email used for the order)
- any GLS reference/message confirming they received only 2 tyres
We’ll make sure a human agent takes over and follows up with you as soon as possible.
