Dutch Vet Reviews 

I cancelled my yearly membership subscription more than a week ago and Dutch is STILL trying to charge the now expired credit card I had on file. They've tried four times.

Tele vet services are very convenient although expedited shipping fees are very. I wish customer service included more North American, representatives, and less offshore representatives responses sound scripted, and and non-urgent, which is very frustrating. The vets are awesome. Have always had great luck with vets being professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was very easy to sign up, create my pets' profiles, and get a quick appointment with a vetinarian. The cost for the full year of unlimited vet calls for my three cats was less than a single office visit for one with my main vet.

I was able to make an appointment after my dog chewed the fur on his tail from anxiety. Kristen was understanding, knowledgable, and recommended medication and a probiotic which I had no idea could help this behavior!

I love this option for my pets' care. If or when they need to be seen in person, the provider always shares that directive. I work for the people version of this health care solution, so love supporting the animal version. Great membership cost, ability to add all my and my Daughter's pets, able to book from my couch over coffee at 6am, vets are on time for video visits, care, provide the treatment and also insight on foods, supplements, lifestyle changes to prevent flare ups. I LOVE DUTCH. Moreover, Maggie, Darwin and Leo LOVE DUTCH. They despise the smells, stress and car rides associated with vet visits and barf during the trip. All around THE BEST solution! If you're on the fence (ha-ha-ha), just jump it and join! Run like someone left the gate open!

With life's busy schedule, it is so helpful to be able to hop on a quick zoom call and find solutions to what is troubling my dog. The vets I have dealt with are always very knowledgeable, kind, and solution oriented. I highly recommend Dutch Vet. 10/10

My cat was started on antibiotics. Because I live in the Florida Keys, shipments always take much more time than when I lived on the mainland. It was super easy to transfer the medication to my Costco pharmacy or, really any pharmacy, through the app.

I am so much more satisfied using Dutch for a veterinarian appt. The end result thru pet telehealth was the same as physically traveling to the vet. The most important difference is that my cat was very relaxed in her home with the same end result-antibiotics to treat a urinary tract infection. ❤️ Dutch❤️
