Horrible experience with Duracable

Horrible experience with Duracable. Sent a USED machine with many missing parts. Sent with damaged and unsafe cable. Sent machine back and did not refund us. With CC dispute team now. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. BEWARE!

Duracable Manufacturing Company does not sell or maintain inventory of used equipment. Each drain cleaning machine is manufactured on demand per individual customer specifications. Immediately following the customer's claim that parts were missing, we shipped replacements at our expense.

Duracable stands by the quality of our equipment.

The customer’s money has been refunded.

The trust Duracable Concentrated Drain…

The trust Duracable Concentrated Drain Cleaner to prevent my drains from clogging up. Been using it for quite awhile now as a preventive and haven't had anymore issues with grease backup in my kitchen drain or hair buildup in my bathtub.
