My first experience honestly surprised me — they offered to ship my order before receiving payment, which I did not ask for. I was skeptical at first, but everything arrived exactly as described.

Definitely legit and convenient. The customer service is really nice, there was an issue delivering to my address and they sent me new product and shipped it same day. I wouldn't say the process is seamless (you're definitely dealing with real people that make mistakes) but I like that, you never worry your talking to a bot or something. Payment is straightforward and items are legitimate.

Payment was a little unusual for me at first, so thats why im leaving 4 stars. But the order went fine, tracking was sent and i received everything with no problem.

The process was quick and easy, from the payment to the shipping. I received my product today without any problems at all. This company is legit and I will be purchasing from them again in the future. More convenient for US customers like myself also than buying from EU companies. The standard shipping through US Postal Service was fast. Thank you for providing this service, as finding a legitimate source for these products can be challenging. ( Update ) I'm on my 6th order now with Crusestick. I've had zero issues with shipping or getting the products I want. Very happy with the excellent service. Just a heads up, my review was unprompted meaning, I was so happy with the service that I came to Trustpilot directly and left feedback without receiving any emailed review requests. This is why it doesn't have a verified tag on it.
