This service does not deserve even a single star. Extremely disappointing experience.
This company is dishonest and misleading. They took my money and failed to deliver the service they promised. I personally resolved my credit rating issues myself and have emails, records, and other evidence showing that I was the one who achieved the outcome, not them.
They continued to claim credit for work they did not do. By the time I requested a refund, they were already well past the 30-day mark they had specified, yet no meaningful service had been provided.
When I informed them that I had evidence to support my claims and requested a refund, they stopped responding to my communications altogether.
They also pressured me to leave a positive review, which I refused to do. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our team carried out the service you engaged us to perform, including work directly relating to the removing the court judgement information on your credit file.
We strongly reject the suggestion that we stopped communicating because you raised concerns or that we attempted to improperly pressure you into leaving a positive review.
We understand that you are unhappy that a refund was not provided, but we do not believe it would be reasonable for a customer to receive the benefit of the service provided and then also receive their payment back.
We remain comfortable with the work undertaken on this matter and have records of the service provided and our communications regarding your account.

What a long journey it's been trying to apply for loan after loan and constantly getting knocked back by lenders and my bank I've been with for 25 years, and paid my house off with.
