First of all.. fun site, INCREDIBLY bad pull rates.. around 5000$ spent, around 100 packs opened and not a singular high hit.

Secondly, there’s no phone number, no live chat only an ”AI” agent that forwards your problems to the team who take forever to answer..
i deleted my first account and made a second one, deposited 25$ for shits and giggles and turns out you’re not allowed to have multiple accounts so now i can’t even withdraw my money. tried contacting support but they’re not answering.

Was new too the card collecting world and courtyard made me thoroughly enjoy getting involved in it.

The support is not very responsive, and the withdrawal process is buggy. It’s a good site though

The site is a joke, such a blatant scam. I have not pulled a single decent card out of god knows how many packs opened over the course of about a year.

They are an absolute disgrace, complete scam, literally daylight robbery, I have no idea how they are allowed to operate.

I've had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this platform. For over four weeks, I've been trying to withdraw approximately $2,000, with no concrete resolution despite repeatedly contacting support.

On top of that, I've experienced multiple bugs, packs that didn't provide the promised value, and promotional codes that didn't work as advertised. For example, I was given the PP100 code, supposedly guaranteeing $100 in credit, but I received only $70.

What concerns me even more is that my account was completely deleted without a proper explanation, yet a third party apparently still has access to my personal information. Despite asking multiple times, I still haven't received any answers about this serious privacy concern.

After an entire month of going back and forth with customer support, I genuinely feel like I'm being taken advantage of. My funds remain inaccessible, the issues are unresolved, and the lack of transparency is alarming.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before putting any money into this platform.

I thoroughly enjoy the Courtyard.io experience because of the sheer whimsy involved in each purchase. Not only do you have a random chance of pulling a grail card or item, but you have the ability to trade and sell it back ASAP, as well as, being able to ship to me too. I love the TCG and collecting community because, for the most part, people are super wholesome and will always admire your collection. I could not be more impressed and excited for what Courtyard.io has in store for the future. Thank you for bringing me full swing into the collections spirit once more.

Have had issues with customer service not replying to me and or saying I haven’t explained my account issue.

It’s easy to use and everything is clear. One thing I would like to change is the frequency in price changes that would reflect real time data even within a week time frame.

The app seems to slow down from user traffic. The apps odds are very bad. The graphic displaying the card is bad. The only positive is id say you have a direct buying marketplace. And you don't lose alot per rip.

I love this app! I think what could be better would be if you offered more chase cards and more chances at getting a chase or some type of bonus where you can upgrade your chances of getting one? I know it sounds crazy but maybe it would work lol. You guys are AMAZING and I want to wish you a massive congratulations on getting so far!!!!

Chewed thru 220 usd just offering up the same crap base cards and comics. Not a great experience for me thats for sure. Probably shouldn't advertise better then buying boxes for case hits because at least there is a guaranteed hit in a box unlike this site

I feel as though the pull rates are balanced. I’ve had some great pulls and then not so great pulls. I wish the daily reward spin felt more meaningful. Seems like it’s such a grind. Wish there was a specific reward for spinning so many days in a row. Other than that I’m pleased with the experience and will continue to use it. Hoping to see some new additions and updates in the near future. The shipping seems to be very well done and fast as well. Bring back referral codes too!

absolute scam. would not allow to buy fairly from marketplace. they want you to gamble and keep your money in their system. no customer support. pushing transactions without sending the card to your account. many other bs with this website and app.

Do not go in thinking you will win. You will lost pretty much everything you put in.
