I had an excellent experience working with Manuel. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain the different insurance options available to me, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood the coverage I was choosing.
What I appreciated most was his patience and willingness to make every change I requested until we reached exactly the coverage I needed and I was completely satisfied. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and never made me feel rushed throughout the entire process.
Manuel truly provided exceptional customer service and made what can sometimes be a complicated insurance process feel simple and comfortable. It is clear that he genuinely cares about helping his customers find the right coverage for their needs.
I highly recommend Manuel and sincerely appreciate all of his help. He is an excellent representative and definitely deserves recognition for the quality of service he provides. Thank you, Manuel, for going above and beyond!

I’m happy with the representative that…
I’m happy with the representative that sold me my policy( Manual). He was extremely knowledgeable, called me several times with updates, gave me a few options and helped me find the best price. I was even given a number to reach him directly without going through all those automated phone prompts! He even asked me to save his number in my phone should I ever have any questions in the future!
