I highly recommend Heather at Cool Beams and will definitely be returning to her for future projects! She laser engraved my son’s back-to-school cups, and her attention to detail was amazing. She was so patient throughout the process, worked with me on several mock-ups, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before moving forward with the final design.

I ordered some custom coasters for a Christmas party and they turned out amazing! The ordering process was very simple and the coasters arrived on time. The coasters themselves turned out better than I had hoped and I will certainly be ordering from this company again for holidays/birthdays!

Communication was excellent! Heather engraved two water bottles that we gave our 10 and 6 year olds for Christmas. Heather provided great options. She did a test engraving to make sure the image would come out as we had envisioned. Really happy with her service.
