My Experience With CNFans – Customs Issue and Refund Not Provided

I want to share my experience with CNFans so that other customers can be aware of what happened to me before placing an order.

I placed an order through CNFans and paid for both the products and international shipping. However, when the package arrived in Turkey, I personally went to the customs office to resolve the issue.

The customs authorities informed me that the products were considered counterfeit and that their importation into Turkey was prohibited. I was also informed that the package would be returned.

The biggest problem is that I did not receive a refund for the money I paid, even though I could not legally receive the package and the shipment was going to be returned.

I paid CNFans for products that I was ultimately unable to receive, and despite explaining the situation, I was not provided with a satisfactory refund or resolution.

I believe customers should be aware of this situation before using CNFans. If a shipment cannot legally enter your country and is returned because of a customs issue, you should carefully check CNFans’ refund and return policies before placing an order.

I am sharing this review publicly because I do not want other customers to experience the same situation.

I am not asking anyone to simply take my word for it. I can provide documentation regarding the customs situation and the communication with CNFans if necessary.

In short: I paid for my order, the package could not legally enter Turkey, the customs authorities said it would be returned, and I still did not receive my refund.

I hope CNFans takes responsibility for situations like this and provides customers with a fair resolution.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would, but alas I can only do this much. Not only was the shipping insanely expensive, but one of the items also arrived damaged. I contacted the support, showing how it was entirely their fault for throwing away the cushioning wrap instead of putting it back on when repackaging the item after inspection (which I had explicitly requested). Apparently, fragile items are not "included in their insurance" as if this wasn't a mistake on their end. Now they're offering a frankly laughable 5% freight discount on my next purchase, as if I would ever give them any more of my money. Report them to oblivion and do not pay them a single dime, this is what happens when they want to avoid responsibility. Awful, the lot of you.

They do their job as agents. But beside that their slow to when it comes to reviewing products that come in the warehouse. For some i waited 2 days to get photos, some 4 days. Compaired to all the other agents i used this kinda annoys me.

Got my group order canceled even though I was fully communicative and it was a very short preorder, then when i try to do any taobao links it says its not trusted(meanwhile on taobao the shop has full reviews with 5 stars) or if i put anything on my cart it will say i cant buy it. absolute trash

I’m 16 years old and used my own hard‑earned money to send a package to my cousin in France. this shipment was something important I wanted him to have. Unfortunately, he never received it not even a delivery attempt, notice, message, call, or email. The carrier never contacted him at all.

Even after explaining this clearly many times, CNFans kept repeating the same scripted responses and telling me to “contact the local logistics provider,” even though I’m not the sender and legally cannot open a case with the carrier. Only CNFans can do that, but they refused to help.

I also paid for insured shipping, but they told me the insurance “does not apply,” even though the delivery failed due to lack of notification something completely outside my control. They expect me to pay international shipping twice, even though the first delivery was never completed.

I’ve been polite and patient, but I feel like none of my messages were actually read. As a young customer who saved up to send something meaningful to a family member, this experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I just wanted fairness, and instead I was ignored and blamed for something I had no control over.

CN Fans completely disappointed me. They canceled most of my orders, leaving me with just one item that I wasn’t even allowed to cancel. Because of that, the shipping cost ended up being higher than the item itself. On top of that, they randomly demanded extra money just to ship it at all. This is honestly a terrible customer experience and feels very unfair.

Cnfans is so good for haulfans and everything but shipping prices are way to hight but everything else is fine

My package has a great delay i havent been updated for 1 week this is my order Number CR433099600DE one week ago the plane landed after that I didn’t Hear anything

I had $112.93 in my CNFans wallet. When I tried to withdraw my full balance, the system only allowed me to withdraw 658.63 CNY (around $86).

However, after confirming the withdrawal, my FULL balance of $112.93 was deducted from my account, and I only received about $86.

This means approximately $26 is missing.

Customer support keeps repeating that “658.63 CNY equals $86” and completely ignores my actual question:
Why was my full balance deducted if I was only allowed to withdraw a smaller amount?

There is no clear explanation of fees, no breakdown, and no transparency. This looks like a serious issue with their system or hidden deductions.

I am still waiting for either:

- the remaining balance to be returned, or
- a clear explanation of where the missing money went

Be very careful when using this platform. Based on my experience, funds can be deducted without proper explanation.

I used to be in the affiliate program for CNfans and they just didn't pay me. I've been waiting for weeks. SCAMMERS!

Edit: I am talking about withdrawing my funds from BEFORE they switched to the new program from 22nd January.

Please do not buy from here there are hidden shipping fees and then try and charge you 2 times for shipping I have already payed 40 for shipping now they are trying to charge me £190 more and they don’t even do refunds
