Nice but expensive
I have had about 6 different pillows in the 3 years trying to find the best for my neck. I am pleased with the 2 different pillows I got (more the recharge then the plus) they were buy 1 get 1 free and I'm glad as I don't feel they were necessarily worth the price. Iv had similar pillows for half the price I paid.

Excellent product but don’t expect miracles.
The ordering process was easy and delivered quickly. I was not really sure what I was looking for. The pillows are very good quality and better than any others I have purchased. Nothing really stood out to me though, perhaps I was expecting a miracle and that I would sleep solidly and not wake up with neck pain. I think they are overpriced for what they are. Please don’t take this has a negative review just my personal feelings and me being honest about my experience. I would definitely purchase again because it is probably one of the best I have come across.

I wasn’t sure which pillow was right for me and my partner, so we chose two and both tried them for a week. We decided which was best and exchanged one on the 100 night sleep trial.

The product is excellent and highly customizable, which is a great advantage. However, it does require a few days or even nights to get used to a new pillow. At least that was my experience.
What concerned me slightly was a small stain in the corner of one of the pillows. I reported it, and the company handled the situation very professionally. They offered me either a small discount or the option to return the pillow for replacement or cleaning.
The second pillow was completely fine, so I consider this to be an isolated incident that does not affect my overall view of the company or its reputation.
Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

I love my pillow
I have purchased so many pillows over the years. Most of the top brands have all had a go. But, what I was looking for was a pillow that gave me super soft comfort with gentle support. Cloudpillo achieved this! I get migraines so I hate pillows that press into my scalp. My pillow is so flexible that I can get it to support me exactly as I need without pressure against my head. The filling blinds together.
The filling blinds together, making for a dense un-cloudlike effect.
I think the idea works in principle but the current method for creating the filling needs tweaking.
Rather than torn looking pieces, I think 'mint imperial' sized pellets of foam would work better. And maybe not bind together like the torn pieces do.

Comfy and cool pillow.
I bough a 2 for 1 on a sale and only have used the side sleeper one and been using it for a couple of days. I ignored the instructions to take out some of the filling of the pillow and wasn't very comfortable because it was too high for the distance between my head and shoulders. Literally did what the instructions said and I am sleeping very comfortably now. The pillow stays cools during the night (using it in august in Spain).

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was great. Now having the pillow for some time to be honest I am not convinced unfortunately. I think I had high expectations but even after adjusting the filling multiple times still wake up with stiff arms/neck. Unfortunately, it did not solve any problem. I thought that the curved pillow shape for shoulders will provide a drastic difference for side sleeper but it didn’t. Unfortunately, an expensive purchase which will need to be replaced with something else.
