We have Canadian roots, Canadian hearts, and a true Canadian drive. Our story begins in Vancouver, in the year 2000. I had a problem with the delivery service; they came, slapped a “sorry we missed you” note on my door, and ran off without leaving my order!
It finally arrived (again) 2 weeks later; and this time they left it at my door.
The glasses are fine; fit well and help with distance viewing!

Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability
Hi,
I have been waiting for almost a month for the missing package that was supposed to be delivered on June 25th. Unfortunately, there has still been no action taken by either your team or the courier.
I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but I have yet to receive a meaningful update or resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
Please provide me with an update on the status of my shipment and let me know how you intend to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
