Container is clean and smell nice each time.

De container is vrijdag 7 aug niet of niet goed gereinigd. Binnenkant deksel is nog steeds vuil en binnenkant container idem

I am a client from over a year, at the beginning in 2025 it was fine, every month my biological waste container was fresh and clean but since beginning of 2026 something started to go wrong. I had one missed cleaning in first 4 months of year. Container was in the same place, with sticker, clearly visible from the street like always and was not cleaned. I wrote complain, "sorry, You will get Your money back for this month"- no cleaning, stinking container. I said "atleast it's not summer" and get over it (probably shouldn't have say that). Next month the cleaning was done. Now it's july and it'second time in row, third overall that my container was not cleaned this year! June and july not cleaned also, first month they were sorry, promised me money back and investigation, second month they told me they are sorry, the person from cleaning wasn't at work this day and it's vacation time so they dont care to fix this anyway because they don't have people (like they tried any previous time, right?). So to say- didn't found any other company cleaning containers in my area, so i can't quit but i would definitely do that looking how they don't care about doing their work properly and solid. People satisfaction and reliability of their company isn't something they care about obviously, only for money maybe- that's atleast how it felt for me.

Never heard about them but got random requests for recurring deposit to them from my bank account.

Edit after company comment. I have clear statement in my bank from "Cleanprofs B.V" i am not mistaken, logo and everything matches with their profile on trustpilot. That they claim to not have any records is ridiculous for me. I wish i could upload screenshots with my review but alas.

Once again back to months of the bin going uncleaned. They never fail to charge their monthly fee though.

Edit 2nd July : Follow-up communication from Cleanprofs, I have been recompensated for the failed appointments, I am however waiting to see if the next scheduled clean is completed successfully.

I remain sceptical, but will add further amendments if this complaint is resolved to my satisfaction.

I have signed up to a one month free trial. The first cleaning has not even happened yet. But the invoiced me already. And it was due before the trial cleaning. I called and spoke to Sanna. She said yes, I am not supposed to pay yet, and she would put a credit on my account. But she could not confirm if it had been done, I would have to email. I sent an email explaining. I got no response for over a week. Now I am getting reminders for an invoice they should never have sent - I have received no service And it was meant to be a free trial first. If the service had been good I would’ve continued and paid. But this is not acceptable. I will now have to waste more time trying to contact them by phone tomorrow to sort out this mess and cancel even the free trial first, it’s not worth the hassle.

We use Cleanprofs to clean our organic waste bin once every four weeks, and we are very happy with the service.

The system is simple and easy to use. They clean the bin thoroughly with high-pressure water and disinfectant, and since we started using the service, all issues with bad smells and small larvae are completely gone.

Customer service is also excellent — it’s easy to contact them, they respond quickly, and they are always helpful. Overall, a very reliable and well-organized service.

They came the first month to clean my bin. Since then no one has ever shown up again to clean the garbage bin. It has been missed for 3months straight. Not a reliable service.

My container is always thoroughly clean & the few times I’ve seen the personnel they’ve always been pleasant.

They have not cleaned on multiple occasions saying that the container was ‘too dirty’. We don’t have the option to clean the bins ourselves and therefore pay for their services. What they advertise on their Instagram etc makes it look like they clean the bins even if there’s some debris left but this is not true, complete false advertising!! I would not recommend them!

Listen I subscribed to Cleanprof’s bin cleaning service and paid for two full months, but not a single cleaning was ever done.

Despite our Restval bin being placed in the usual spot, the garbage was collected—but Cleanprof never showed up. This wasn’t the first time either. I had the same issue the previous month and even filed a complaint. Nothing changed.

I’m extremely frustrated. It’s been the whole summer and my bin hasn’t been cleaned once. I’ve wasted both time and money on a service that simply doesn’t deliver.

Though I don't know dutch the customer adviser managed so much to what I am exactly looking for. I was so much impressed with the help and support

Too many times that my bins have not been cleaned, and if they did get cleaned they were not really clean. Have had to call customer service too many times to complain, it’s easier to just cancel and do it myself.

Paid for 4 cleans and they did not even show up once.

Tried to cancel my subscription and (of course) demanded the money I paid to be refunded, still awaiting a response.

Goede sales person

I believer after our neighbors saw the stickers in out trash bins they got curious and signed up and we saw more people using it. Coincidence or not Cleanprofs finally started coming every time. I even saw the cleaning truck arriving earlier (before bins were emptied) and I thought this would cost me a call to the service center. However, to my surprise they came back later the same day and go my bin cleaned! So I guess that solves the mystery. If there are enough people in your area you might be lucky to have a good experience. It is nice to have the bins cleaned regularly and I highly recommend it.
