They shipped the items the next day, but FedEx lost my package, I reached out to the company and they sent out a new package fast! Customer service was helpful and quick to respond and I love everything I got.
I was hesitant to order from this store because they had no reviews. I ordered a blazer from this store and after my purchase they sent me a welcome email with a 15% discount. I was kind of annoyed because I wished I could have applied it to my purchase I already made. I reached out to them via their website and they actually got back to me that same day and refunded me the discount amount! That act alone has made me a customer for life. Plus the blazer was perfect. The quality of the fabric was amazing.
