But the product itself is not the same as it was on the photo, but I'll give the details in product review.
The product absolutely is not worth 45 euros. It’s an insane cash grab.
If you have the ability, 3d print it yourself, cause I feel as I’ve been scammed.

You're right that the finish of a 3D printed part differs from standard plastic spacers — that's a fair observation and we appreciate your honesty. The advantage of 3D printing is precisely that it makes it possible to produce components that simply don't exist otherwise, quickly and at an accessible price point. Very few brands are able to offer the range of stem adapters that Deda does, and this technology is what makes it possible.
That said, we're glad the fit and function are exactly as expected — and we do believe the price reflects the value of what you're getting.
