They did not have updates... we continually had to follow up. took too long to get our order.. we were not advised, upfront, the credit card was changed, and then we followed up on the eta to be told it was coming from overseas...no definite date given. Had to call every month....

The manual was incorrect . There was very minimal instruction . I was short bolts and nuts and still have not received them weeks later.

The buying experience was good. The selection was absolutely what I was looking for. Look forward to next time.

My experience with Chery Industrial was exceptional and it started with Jermaine who assisted me with my order over the phone. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his patience in assisting me.

I had a problem with my gate opening. It appeared to be a problem with the motherboard that controls the gate. System was less than a year old. They sent me a new motherboard.

Ordered, shipped, and picked up ... No problem.

There was two things that was very frustrating for me. First was, you could not buy individual parts that you needed to fix the toilets in your stalls.off of your website. I needed a fifteen dollar piece and had to spend over two hundred and fifty dollars.
The other thing that was extremely frustrating was you're in california. I'm in oregon, and it took over three weeks to get it to ship up to me. When it said it was gonna be shipped out. In 3 to 5 business days.
For these reasons, I don't think I could. In good conscience, recommend your company or these stalls to anyone.

Well I purchased a 18 foot gate.It looked beautiful.The picture showed the gate with metal posts and hinges.After receiving the gate late from the distributor,it arrived on a flat bed trailer wrapped in stirafoam wrap and had some scratches on it.No paperwork no hinges.So I then contacted the company and they e-mailed me a copy of the instructions on how to proceed.When I asked about the hinges I was told that they were extra.540.00 for 4 gate hinges.That was after paying 1800.00 for 2 9 foot gates.When I received the hinges there were no backing plates with them.So they were useless.The gate was pretty.Would I buy it again,NO. Red

Our purchase of the 18,000 portable unloading dock did not come with an operation/maintenance manual. One that outlines the hydraulic fluid type, what is the electrical plug in for on the electric unit, when we were told no outside power was needed, what type of maintenance does the unit need to keep the warranty. What is the warranty and what does it cover? Poor communications. UPDATE: After many emails I did receive the operator manual, which was not on the website as advised. I did receive information on warranty. After additional emails the company finally admitted that I was given incorrect information on the electric pump. Given the fact that it took us so much time and effort to resolve issues that should not have been issues, our company will not be purchasing from Chery in the future. If you are a distributor of a product, it is Chery's responsibility to understand and support the products you sell. I was asked to update or remove my comments. I have updated my comments, they will not be removed and the rating will not change.

Ordered handle, 7 days later contacted office because I could not track part. Could not understand servicewomen, so I hung up. At 10 days sent an email with my issues. No one ever replied back. Finally received handle, works great but service was horrible.

good communication, helpful on the phone. Waiting for replacement of a damaged part.

Overall everything fit well and the pieces were all there.
We did have one issue with the hardware, the welds broke on one of the set screw nuts on the number 2 piece, the little square nut welded to number 2 for holding the set screw for the number 5 piece. We drilled it through and installed a number 13 bolt.
Regarding the instructions, they were good for the frame however it would be good to have better photos or more set for the whole tarp installation.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They provided multiple delivery dates for us to choose from, which made scheduling convenient for our operation. The flammable storage locker arrived on time and as expected.

I haven’t had the chance to assemble yet. I’m very excited. Delivery was perfect, delivered in a metal crate to prevent damaging its contents. I’m hoping to get my containers set where they are need this weekend. Your product will save me time and money. I was planning on building a wooden cover that was 12x40. I started seeing customers I deliver to that started putting up these covers. 10x40 will give me 8 more feet of parking area what a plus. Thank you. Hope to be able to send another review with pictures.

No issues with the drawer slide I received. Would have given 5 stars but was kind of pricy and took a little longer to receive it then I liked.
