I'm very happy with my lava stone table. It looks beautiful, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the finish is of very high quality. The table is even better than I expected and adds a lot of character to my terrace.

The team was great to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and always happy to answer my questions. I also really appreciated being able to order a custom-sized table, as the dimensions I wanted weren't available on the website. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Very poor customer service! I paid 200 Euro for a volcano pan and lid set, only received the lid. I ask them for solution, They said they pit everything in and can't do anything, then They thought it was me try to scam them for another pan! That's rediculous! Avoid this shop at all cost!

The pot arrived fast and in a really good condition. Although it's not exactly like on the website (1 type of tomato - Piennolo), they have actually included 2 types of tomato (Piennolo & San Marzano) which me and my partner like even more. Very beautiful pot and we are happy with the result. Thank you!

A great experience. We really love the table. We knew delivery time would be long as they made the table especially for us but it was longer than we expected, nearly three months. Very professional team who were great at communicating with us even helping to coordinate the delivery to be sure it meant we could have help this end. The table is heavy and really well made.

Stay away from this shop!I got the wrong items and asked for a refund, I've been treated in a total unprofessional and rude way and then I've been totally ignored.

I approached Vietri with Love to buy some plates for my restaurant, I had a strict deadline as I needed the plates before Christmas, Carla was amazing in explaining what she had in stock and what she could design and make in time, she sent me lots of information and photos which helped greatly. The plates her and her team created for us look amazing, all our customers love them and so do I! Look forward to working with Carla again and ordering more :)
