Purchased eSIM never worked
Purchased eSIM never worked. The only way to contact Ubigi is via email which is totally ridiculous & took way too long to get a response. Problem not solved requested a refund let’s see what happens now.

eSIM did not work for the Country I bought it for
I bought an eSIM for Mexico and when I connected it, the cellular would not let me send or receive WhatsApp messages the entire time I was in Mexico.

Absolutely loved using Ubigi eSIM. That was the best service and honestly so useful during my Japan trip. Their prices are just undefeated on the market and it’s so easy to install/set up and top up if needed. I’d get Ubigi again next time for sure. Definitely recommending it!

10GB for 2 Weeks is Perfect!
My husband and I each got 10GB eSims for our 2 week Scandinavia trip, and it was more than enough data. They worked perfectly and were way more affordable than our carrier’s travel plan. We had no issues and definitely recommend these!

Brilliant !! Was so easy to navigate initial set up and worked perfectly as was expected and hoped for !! No glitches no issues just slid into action and worked ! Used in china and now using 30 day plan across Europe.. landed in Europe and it just kicked in smoothly!!
